The communication with Stratton is impeccable. I have emailed them a few times and have always received an immediate response always including that if I need any further assistance, do not hesitate to contact them. I have owned and sold a few homes, and I have to say that Noelle was by far the best and most thorough inspector I have ever had. She was open, honest, straightforward, and genuine. She went above and beyond by telling me to make sure I read the roof and termite inspection report because even though those are not in her inspection, she told me what she outwardly noticed to make it a point for me to know there were points I should be concerned about. My mother was with us and is partially paralyzed and doesn't speak well from a massive stroke. She wanted to talk to Noelle and point out things she noticed. Noelle listened incredibly patiently to her as she had trouble finding the right words. Noelle commended her on her sharp eye each time and promised to put what she noticed in her report. :) I am a single mom who honestly does not know much of anything where a home is concerned. I have always had to pay someone if something is wrong. Hence, I told Noelle that in the beginning, and that I needed her to be clear and explain what was crucial and what I could do over time, going down a checklist. She was so honest and took the time to make sure I understood what everything was called and why it needed to be fixed and in the order of importance, which was so significant to me. She truly held my hand when I needed someone to trust. I was so overwhelmed and wrote many notes. After going over them, I forgot certain things and called Stratton about a week later. They got in touch with Noelle, and she called me within the hour as soon as she had some free time. She was so patient and kind over the phone, re-explaining some areas I needed clarification to understand better. She was so compassionate to my nerves and confusion and just kept reassuring me on all my questions. She told me I could call back anytime if I need to speak with her again if I need any more help. Finding someone who excels in their career and is so genuinely kind, open, honest, and easily willing to go above and beyond is extremely rare today. I hope this is my last move since I am getting old! But if I do, as I might follow my youngest daughter wherever she lands after she graduates from college in a few years, I will ABSOLUTELY use Stratton.. and hope Noelle is still there! Stratton came highly recommended; hence, using them, and names besides Noelle were given, which I was told were also exceptional! Stratton... thank you for taking off some stress for at least one part of this process! Forever grateful, Lisa C. read more

Stratton is a trusted home inspection service that we have used to evaluate two homes (so far) in an out of state home purchase. Somehow as busy as it is, Stratton has been able to schedule inspections within the first couple of days of our inspection period giving us the remaining default time to research and get quotes on their findings. I find their reports extremely thorough and they are a one stop shop (sewer scope, termite, pool, house). On inspection day we got on a zoom call and they walked through the major items they found and were also willing to check out areas that were of concern while on the call. I reached out for definitions after receiving the written report and they did not hesitate to return my call and take as much time as I needed to get a good understanding of what they found and the gravity of the issues they discovered. The sewer scope comes with video footage and a detailed explanation of what you are looking at. The recommendations and summary of findings makes it extremely easy for us to draft and prioritize the buyer inspection response supported by photos and diagrams as needed. we worked with Craig Fisk on two homes and I will be recommending them to anyone I know buying in Arizona. thank you Stratton! read more

We hired Stratton Inspection Services to do a 1-year home builder warranty inspection on a new home we purchased in Phoenix. Stratton was very easy to deal with, schedule and pay for services online. They provided excellent customer service throughout that process including multiple forms of confirmation, service date reminders, etc. Matt was the inspector and he was 100% professional all the way down to wearing booties when in our home (which shows a level of care for one's home that most contractors don't have). Matt showed up right on time, performed an amazingly thorough inspection (including items I would have never thought they would include in their report) and did it within the 3 hour'ish time frame they estimated. The report was BEYOND thorough and included photos and descriptions of numerous items noted in Matt's inspection. We will be using Matt's inspection report to communicate with the builder regarding issues that will need to be addressed. Now we just have to cross our fingers and hope that the builder will repair all the items noted in Matt's report. For what it's worth, I would HIGHLY recommend Matt and Stratton Inspection Services. They are 5 star plus in my book. read more

The entire inspection process with Stratton was easy start to finish. In calling to set up the appointment the individual I spoke with was very friendly and took the time to answer my questions about the inspection process (what is included, duration of inspection, etc.) and was able to schedule our inspection for just a few days after my initial call. The price was fairly competitive and the length of the inspection was longer than others (about 3 hours) indicating to me a thorough approach. Neal performed our inspection and was indeed very thorough. He took the time to walk us through the main items he found, with an easy to understand explanation going with each one. He also took the time to answer our many questions and was extremely patient. Overall I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. The detailed (very detailed) report was delivered soon afterwards and was high quality with high quality photos and detailed explanations. I couldn't have been more pleased with the high degree of professionalism, quality, and detail demonstrated throughout the entire process. We will be using Stratton inspection again for any future home purchases. read more

Stratton Inspection Services have continually provided great quality, affordable inspections. They have helped protect my clients, and have given them peace of mind in their home purchases, time and time again. Stratton is a big part of my team. Whether it's Chad, Matt, Noelle or Paul himself, or any of the team, they have always delivered professional, thorough inspections and have earned themselves a spot on my team. Reagan does a great job as well, behind the scenes, keeping the lines of communication open, in case you need to get a hold of anyone before or after. One of the best decisions we made during the process of buying a new home in Buckeye was to engage Stratton Inspection Services. The pre-drywall inspection conducted by Matt and the pre-closing inspection conducted by Noelle were incredibly thorough and extremely helpful. In both cases, I was called before the inspection took place so I could discuss any specific areas of concern and after the inspection was complete so the inspector could discuss what they found. Additionally, written reports were received electronically within hours of the inspection's completion. In the case of the pre-closing report, it was 200 pages in length and easy to understand. We're now scheduled to meet with the builder for our final walkthrough and I've already shared the report with them with instructions to simply fix everything Noelle found! I can't begin to express how much easier it'll be for us and how much more at ease we are knowing Matt and Noelle had our backs. Kudos also to their office staff, especially Tiffany and Jill, who were incredibly helpful during the entire process. I enthusiastically recommend Stratton Inspection Services!!! read more

Recently had Stratton Inspection Services perform a prepurchase inspection on a home I was buying. Stacy (the general inspector) did a very through job of inspecting the home and provided detailed information, including pictures on his findings and also indicated areas that passed inspection. He answered any and all questions that I had; so I could make a informed decision regarding purchasing the home and potential repairs that may need to take place. Having this knowledge helped me negotiate with the seller regarding those repairs after I got estimates of work to repair. Also utilized Stratton Inspection Services for sewer and termite inspections on the same home and they also provided a detailed report on areas that passed inspection or areas that might be of concern; both reports included pictures supporting their report. This helped me to feel confident regarding the home I was buying and any repairs that needed to take place - so I knew what to expect and feel more confident about my purchase. I would highly recommend using Stratton Inspection Services and I would definitely use them again if the need ever arose. read more

My husband Jay and I recently put in an offer on a beautiful home in Gilbert. It had been a while since we had purchased our current home so we wanted to make sure that everything was in order at the new home and that we hadn't missed anything when we walked through it. When we went to meet up with Jakob we weren't sure what we were going to find out. Jakob went through the entire home with us, answered all our questions along the way and gave us valuable information about the home. He also suggested a more thorough roof inspection and contacted the company to come out and do that for us. He also showed us how some of the remotes worked and which switches outside turned on which features. We could tell that he had gone through the house from top to bottom from some of the minor issues that he found. If anyone is purchasing a home, I would highly recommend getting an inspection and selecting Stratton Inspection Services to do it. If Jakob is any example of the inspectors that they employ, you will definitely benefit from the service. read more

I've recommended Stratton Inspection Services since March 2015 and I've never regretted it. In addition to thoroughly knowing what they are doing, they know how to talk with clients. They inform them and educate them. They take the time to walk through the property when they are finished and show the client what they are talking about. They help first time buyers learn & understand instead of adding to their fears. The inspectors at Stratton give clients the power to make informed decisions. They are just some of the finest people you will ever work with. I've been in the business for 13 years now. I've worked with technically excellent inspectors that were horrible with clients. Their need to puff about their knowledge outweighed the clients' need to receive clear communication. It clouded the process and added unnecessary anxiety to an already high-stress time in the clients' lives. The office staff are also pleasant and efficient! read more

Stratton Inspection is the best of the best. They're professional, knowledgable, and can I just say the owner Paul is literally amazing. He came to the rescue on a real estate purchase last month to ensure the property inspection was done same day when a squatter at the property turned away the first inspector from Stratton that was sent out. This is a one stop shop for all your inspection needs. They provide termite, general home, pool, and sewer scope inspections with same day turn around. I refer them to all my friends, family, and clients. Being in the real estate business, it's important to have a partner like Stratton Inspections you can count on. Their detailed report revealed several big ticket repair items I was unaware of. They helped me make an informed decision on almost a million dollar purchase. I am thankful for you Stratton Inspections! read more

Stratton was hired by my realtor to conduct an inspection of the new house we were buying. Matt Smith was our inspector. When I arrived for the walk through Matt he was using the drone to view the tile roof. He took me around the house showing everything he looked at, explaining every little detail of what he had observed and giving lots of details as to the things he will be including in the inspection report and why. He had an infrared app on his phone and I said "bring that here". There was an issue in the kitchen and with the app he found that there was no insulation in the wall! Just finding that was money well spent on the inspection. I cannot say enough about the knowledge and the level of professionalism Matt demonstrated. Before our 1 year warranty, I will be hiring Stratton again and having Matt come back and reinspect! read more

We are so thankful our realtor recommended Stratton. We are doing a new build and wanted an inspection before drywall went up. We had very little notice and somehow lucked out that Matt had a random opening. We can't say enough about him. He was incredibly thorough, and had insane documentation. We had a few issues that need addressing by the builder which is to be expected. We appreciate the attention to detail and time Matt spent on our home. Aside from being great at his job he was friendly, timely, and explained everything to my husband so he could fill me in later. He then sent the most detailed report so we could show the builder... way before we were expecting to receive it. Thank you Matt. If you need or want a home inspection we can't give Matt and Stratton high enough praise. Thank you thank you!!! read more

We highly recommend Stratton Inspection Services when it comes time to buy your home. We were fortunate to get Chad to perform the 1st home inspection for us. The 2nd time that we were going through the home purchase process, we insisted on having Stratton Inspection and Chad perform the home inspection again. Chad is extremely thorough, unbiased and complete. He is great at answering your questions and explaining results at the time of review. it's not just Chad, the entire staff is considerate, kind and also helpful with any issues you may have. Their complete services as a whole, was so valuable to us, both times we used them. We will definitely recommend Stratton Inspection Services to our friends and family when it comes time to buy a home for any of them. You won't go wrong with this decision! read more

I want to thank Ben Croft for completing an inspection on my new home. Ben was thorough with explaining his findings and patient when I had questions about the products/equipment in the home During the walk though. Purchasing a home for me is very Overwhelming but Ben reassured me if I had questions later about the inspection I was able to contact him later and that's a big deal to me because I was taking a lot of information in at once. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the walk through. I didn't feel rushed during process. I was very confident that I had a trustworthy company and inspector providing a solid product, which was Customer Service. I will be a returning customer and I recommend Stratton Inspection Services to all. Thank you Ben for representing your company well! read more

I recently hired Stratton to perform a pre-drywall inspection on my new-build and found it to be invaluable. Matt was our inspector and he was extremely professional, accessible and skilled. He delivered a report with a fast turn-around time that included pictures and clear explanations that I could easily follow. This made it possible for someone untrained, like myself, to observe whether or not the builder actually fixed the problems (before drywall) after I gave them them report. Thanks to this inspection, I was able to catch 2 items that would have been covered up with insulation and drywall, and left my home vulnerable to water damage/mold and the potential for excessive ceiling cracking. I plan on using Stratton again before closing and again before end of warranty. read more

We're buying a second home in Arizona and live in Utah in our primary residence, so this purchase is being conducted remotely at present. We needed a reliable inspection company to assist us in knowing what we were about to buy was up to our expectations. I was so pleased with the inspection service and detailed report from Stratton Inspection Services LLC! This company is the real deal and the detail they provide to make sure as a buyer you understand what you are buying was fantastic! We received the full 52 page report within 24 hours...the detail in the report was much more than I have seen in past inspections on other homes I've purchased. I highly recommend and now have full confidence that this home is ready for us to proceed with the purchase! Well done Stratton! read more

As a realtor, I needed an excellent inspection service. I was so happy I found Strattion Inspection. From the time I call Tiffany in the office, I get scheduled for an inspection when I need one. Statton has helped me with resale inspections along with new builds. Matt Smith does the new build inspections and NEVER leaves a stone unturned. He is patient, knowledgeable, detailed, and always takes the time to help our clients with questions. I also appreciate the way he interacts with the Builders, Superintendants, and Supervisors just to name a few. One Superintendant said he'd love to hire Josh because he was so easy to work with. Thank you Stratton Inspections for always doing such a great job and for your contined customer service!! read more

I contracted with Stratton to do a home inspection preparatory to buying a brand new house (as in recently constructed). Ted was the one who came over and did the actual inspection. He was painstakingly thorough and did a wonderful job. He found three safety issues with the house, and numerous other issues of somewhat lesser importance (though one, the fact the kitchen sink drain wasn't properly attached, was pretty darn important too). I can't say enough about the thorough going over he gave the place. In the event I close on the house (which currently depends on the seller fixing the safety issues and the sink at a minimum, given it's a VA loan), I will owe a huge vote of thanks to Ted and to Stratton Inspection Services! read more

Stratton Inspections did a new home inspection for me and I am so glad I decided to use them! They found some issues that I didn't notice that would have gone unnoticed and would have been a complete disaster when I moved in. Noelle was extremely thorough and knowledgeable through the whole process. I would absolutely recommend using them for any type of home inspection. Their communication was amazing. We had to reschedule a few times because of the builders conflict in schedule, and I got an email notification and a lot of communication from them to make sure everything was lined out perfectly. I got a detailed report after the inspection with photos and an explanation for everything. Thank you so much Stratton Inspections! read more
