I had wanted to have a successful home inspection. Not one that is perfect but one that is accurate. Alatis Inspection service told me the roof had no broken tiles and was great. I asked for photos but only could provide me drone footage photos. Upon zooming in I was able to identify multiple and had the roofers come back out and they found 6. I was told that they checked all sinks/showers/baths etc. All three of my sinks were found to be leaking and my shower pan is leaking as well. My inspection "report" was ridiculous and a copy and paste without any attention to detail. It stated that they ran a full cycle on the washer and dryer in the laundry room and found it to be in acceptable condition... WE HAD NO WASHER AND DRYER yet! I absolutely would stay clear of Alati's. It was a waste of $740 considering I still had to have other inspectors come for all of the things they missed. read more
