Even in extreme heat warnings for the day, he took his time in the attic making that everything was covered. His inspections were very through and even impressed my wife with his vast knowledge of materials, quality of work, and house in general was outstanding. He was able to notice that we had a wall in the house that was not part of the original design of the house. I couldn't see it. He does have some fantastic stories of previous inspections, I hope I don't become one of those, Hahaha. Again, I do highly recommend him for any inspection services that you have on a home. But the thing that I really appreciated was that after the inspection, they've already been paid, and I'm hiring people to do the repairs. I texted the inspector several times for follow up details and help weeding out the bs of some of the tradespeople trying to sell me stuff. He was responsive and helpful, even though he didn't need to be. Turnaround time was also good. I hired them and they were out for the inspection within a couple of days. The report came same day. I'd recommend Patterson for your home inspection.
