We have spoken to other customers while onsite and they too have mentioned being broken into. They only have cameras on the exits, not on the rows. I get camera systems can be expensive but when you have had numerous people complain and state they have been broken into, you would think they would invest a bit to help with security. The other major issue is the rates changing every couple of months. Don't give me the market rate crap. You increase my rate by almost $100 and tell me it is market rate. No, it is not. If I booked a unit the same size as I have now online, I would get it at a substantially cheaper, I just have to move it into a new unit. Plus, they system lets you pick the unit, so you can see the available inventory. Yet you are not willing to work with your existing customers. Do you know how many people would be willing to sign actual leases and not be month to month?

They billed an entire year's worth of insurance despite providing proof at move in and ignoring multiple emails asking about it. Your rent will be increase 30+% a few months after move in. And if you decide to upgrade units, not only will they increase your rent almost immediately but your auto payments will be deactivated. You won't receive a courtesy call about it but rather they'll hit you with a 30% late fee and lock you out of your unit. You'll likely be locked out for days still after you resolve the payment online because they're closed on the day of the week when most people are actually at the facility. All storage places these days play games with revenue and raising your rent, however you are probably better off elsewhere given the terrible customer service at this location.

I have called this location on many occasions and never got in touch with anyone. No one ever answered the phone. I was with PS, and the first few months we're good,but then the past 2:years went to hell. The facility location by centennial park has rude people. The main office,however had friendly people. I have been late on my fees and went into auction a few times, but I paid what I could when I could. This location reminds me of a student loan company. I highly recommend MINI U to anyone. So the special move in offer was good for 2 months. The person that set me up in the unit didn't disclose that after "3 months" the rent increases then it's annually. Last time I checked the unit didn't get any bigger for the added $10 a month more. $10 more a month sounds petty but I picked them because of the reasonable price.
