We have spoken to other customers while onsite and they too have mentioned being broken into. They only have cameras on the exits, not on the rows. I get camera systems can be expensive but when you have had numerous people complain and state they have been broken into, you would think they would invest a bit to help with security. The other major issue is the rates changing every couple of months. Don't give me the market rate crap. You increase my rate by almost $100 and tell me it is market rate. No, it is not. If I booked a unit the same size as I have now online, I would get it at a substantially cheaper, I just have to move it into a new unit. Plus, they system lets you pick the unit, so you can see the available inventory. Yet you are not willing to work with your existing customers. Do you know how many people would be willing to sign actual leases and not be month to month?

When arrived, I made sure that they actually able to install it on my vehicle, got a confirmation from the mechanic. 5 hours later got a call saying that that received a wrong part. A week later trying to get confirmation by the phone that they have my part and the lady puts me on hold for 45 minutes, I hanged up and called again, she put me on hold again ... still no response. The most careless person on a phone. My appointment is today... I wish there was another location to install the hitch in Denver. Too unfortunate that U-Haul doesn't keep it up to the standards.
