The reason I chose this location was the flexibility in hours, i understand my rights as i am part of a legal firm that practices in contracts! Keeping a prepaid payment for 2 days due to you changing the locks to upgrade your system is an illegal lock out, especially when i request to be let known which specific date you changed my locks. The other staff there are amazing, Emma is very unprofessional and disrespectful ans has no customer service skills, she couldnt even carry a conversation with me in the office! She acted as if i was burdening her even for a receipt!​

My wife took her car back to Caliber Collision on Broadway, because they tightened to wheels too…read moretight. As mentioned in my previous review I was able to get the lug bolts off using a 2 foot long breaker bar. I estimate that they previously tightened the bolts to over 200 foot-pounds of torque. She explained to the manager that I had trouble getting the bolts off and that when I did the wheel would not come off. The wheel had been tightened so much that it seems to have fused with the hub. So on this recent visit, they removed the lug bolts, and then replaced them using the proper torque. Yesterday I wanted to remove the wheel for some maintenance work, and I removed the bolts but still could not get the wheel off. These morons put her car on a lift, removed the lug bolts, and reinstalled the bolts, without attempting to remove the wheel. Either they are totally incompetent, or they figured she's a woman and doesn't know anything so we will patronize her be pretending to fix the problem that they created. I won't be able to determine if the hub has become warped, if the wheel has been damaged, or if the wheel bearings have been compromised, until the wheel can be removed. Beware of this shop that causes dangerous conditions to their customers vehicles due to their inept practices. They are happy to collect our insurance company dollars, but care little about anything else.

I was so irritated because I was on the side of a SUPER busy road, and my phone was close to dying. I called Walt's and he was able to come out within 30 minutes. He took care of my car and waited with me until my car was gassed up and back on without any issues. He communicated his ETA with me throughout the 30 minute original ETA he gave me when I called him and that was super appreciated.
