I was so relieved when our insurance company sent us to this Caliber. We had taken our car here some years back before they were Caliber and were more than happy with their work back then. We also live downtown and appreciated not having to drive across town. As I expected, Caliber did great work. Initially, they said it would not be ready until 9/27, which we were kind of bummed about but we all know parts can take forever to come in nowadays. Whelp, they got it done a full week early in 9/20 and my car looks great! Everyone we encountered was helpful and communicated at every step. My wife took her car back to Caliber Collision on Broadway, because they tightened to wheels too tight. As mentioned in my previous review I was able to get the lug bolts off using a 2 foot long breaker bar. I estimate that they previously tightened the bolts to over 200 foot-pounds of torque. She explained to the manager that I had trouble getting the bolts off and that when I did the wheel would not come off. The wheel had been tightened so much that it seems to have fused with the hub. So on this recent visit, they removed the lug bolts, and then replaced them using the proper torque. Yesterday I wanted to remove the wheel for some maintenance work, and I removed the bolts but still could not get the wheel off. These morons put her car on a lift, removed the lug bolts, and reinstalled the bolts, without attempting to remove the wheel. Either they are totally incompetent, or they figured she's a woman and doesn't know anything so we will patronize her be pretending to fix the problem that they created. I won't be able to determine if the hub has become warped, if the wheel has been damaged, or if the wheel bearings have been compromised, until the wheel can be removed. Beware of this shop that causes dangerous conditions to their customers vehicles due to their inept practices. They are happy to collect our insurance company dollars, but care little about anything else. read more

My car has been there for more than two months and it's is not fix yet! They keep changing the completion date! It's like a joke! I have paid more than $1,000 for a rental and they don't care! The initial estimate was like $4,000 and now they are charging more than $10,000 I don't recommend this place! read more

I did not have any work done on my vehicle with them, but they documented a good report for my insurance claim. With this report, I was able to get the maximum dollar amount possible since it was deemed totaled. read more

Our car was broken into in a downtown parking garage and we had it taken to Caliber on Broadway. They worked fast and kept me up to date, when the car was done the car was in excellent shape. I haven't seen one bit of glass inside, everything looks top notch. All staff was friendly too despite my being new at handling this sort of situation. Always appreciated. read more

Have to take my van back to another caliber to finish the job because it was not done right and this only three days old out of the shop paint chip off right away also they missing couple spots that are not painted yet and bumper is not lining up with trailer hitch inside the tailgate not put it together correctly I can see the inside piece but it's sitting outside instead read more

When they were Travelers they were great. They painted a scratch on our rear hatch. The paint looked fine. When we left and opened the hatch for the first time, we noticed the inside of the hatch was now loose and if you used the handle, it pulled out. They had to remove the window to psi the & broke the clips. We went down to what was still travelers, and they had to order the clips. They never called, never notified us. When I called the new 800 number they had never heard of Fresno and that was the end of the conversation. Now we have to make another trip downtown to start all over again. Greg was attentive and flexible with my schedule. He explained everything that was to be done to repair my car, even making arrangements for a rental company to pick me up. Excellent workmanship, attention to detail. My 2012 Chrysler 200 looked like a brand new car by the time they finished the bodywork. I got into an accident and had my 2019 Nissan Versa taken to Caliber Collision Repair Shop on Broadway in Fresno and from the moment I stepped into the shop I felt welcomed. Andrea Nunez was very helpful, attentive, and supportive. She kept me updated on all the repairs that needed to be done to my car. Unfortunately, my car was totaled after further damage was discovered. I know that they did an extensive job by the damage that was discovered and with their help I am now able to get a brand new car. If they would have just fixed the problem without digging deeper into the damage, I would have been stuck with a brand new car that would still have problems in the near future due to my accident. I thank Andrea and everyone at Caliber Collision and I would definitely go back to them if I ever needed repairs on my car in the future.
