Heidi, the "service advisor" did an exceptional job communicating with me throughout the entire process and this is the only reason I'm giving this posting 5 stars. This posting doesn't not reflect the work done on the truck because it seemed there was always something going on with the service department or third party alignment that caused delays. Overall and despite the delays, I had a good experience and my truck looked good!

She sent a email containing estimates and notes stating to the insurance these exact issues she deemed were not related to the accident for example the abs and traction light had illuminated after being rear ended. when I called and inquired she denied everything regardless of emailed documentation when I told them I will pick up my vehicle it was returned with more my miles on it then when it was first dropped off It had 154,620 upon pick up it had 154,624 the truck still contained marks all over the from their inspection. The experience I had with this body shop was very unprofessional if a vehicle is sitting in the body shop and has not been taken apart or sent out anywhere how is it retuned with more miles then it had when it was towed to the shop but also how can you send emails claiming things are not related when you never sent the truck anywhere to be diagnosed the vehicle was dropped off 3/25/2026 at 8:00am I picked up the vehicle 3/26/2026 3:50 pm with my truck containing 4 extra miles on it how does that occur if a truck was just sitting at a shop and never went anywhere that's very suspicious activity if the vehicle never moved outside the shop

The list of what they have done for us, includes, the damaged rear bumper of a 2011 Prius, another hit rear end of a 2014 Volt, and very recently, the damaged front bumper of our 2018 Model 3. Renewal's workmanship, professionalism, and customer service are incredibly amazing, fair, and friendly. They don't pretend to be friendly and nice - they all are actually very nice people. Apart from these work, Jessie and the team have helped me numerous times when I needed assistance on my 2000 Insight. Often I needed to force them to charge me for their service! These sort of humans are becoming rare to find and almost extinct. I am attaching a picture of the bumper of the Tesla afterwards with impeccable paint job. [I will briefly mention my opposite experience with another 'Tesla-approved body shop' when I reached out for their help on fixing a sensor issue after the same parking lot accident recently. Tesla Service center recommended this shop for insurance-covered service. This place was upset that I had taken the car elsewhere for the body work. The front desk lady told me that they pay the insurance company to ensure customers are directed toward them! Well, after I was told that they would have to replace airbags, all sensors, and seat belts which won't be approved by the insurance company, I chose to have Tesla take care of it for $186. It's just one electronic module that senses a seated person on the seat. I guess this would have been too small a job for them, but they could have been upfront about it...] Be careful while choosing a body shop - all that glitters is not gold...

On the morning of my appointment, he reached out to let me know about a 15-minute delay -- great communication, which I appreciated. The job ended up taking about eight hours due to a mechanical issue, and when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed the windshield tint (which I thought we had included) wasn't listed in the price. I'll take some of the responsibility for not asking for a written quote instead of relying on notes. This is a newer, family-run business, and Raymond clearly takes pride in his work and shop.
