I reached out to Jesse and he invited me to bring in my vehicle the same day. He promised my vehicle would be ready the following day and it was!!! I know paying cash and not using insurance made this process much easier for all of us, but the service was impeccable. Jesse kept me updated every step of the way during the repair, and explained the process before I even dropped off my vehicle. They even washed my vehicle before I arrived to pick it up :) . Cool cool cool!! Markeyce was very helpful. Even put aftermarket leds in to match my previous ones! Thought I was going to get halogens, stock. Even said don't worry about it I'll put them in, pick up the truck and it's already done!! From start to finish very helpful. Truck was cleaner then when I dropped it off, everything looks so good!!! My experience with Caliber collision has been frustrating and stressful. I do not recommend the body shop to anyone. The employee was being so petty trying to charge me for everything because he didn't agree with what I had to say. The car part was broken Caliber collision and yet they blame me. Caliber collision did not accommodate me with a car rental when they were the ones to cause the delay. Caliber collision did not want to own up to their mistakes and instead tried to make me pay for it. What if it was someone who did not have any knowledge of cars? The employee at Caliber collision would have taken advantage of them. How many times has these employees have done this to their customers not knowing? I told the manager that they need to own up to their own mistakes instead of trying to give people the run around. My vehicle has been at Caliber collision for three weeks and they repaired my vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the ABS light was still on. I asked the employee if they (Caliber collision) were aware of the ABS light being on. The employee informed that the insurance company did not leave them a note to diagnose the ABS light. I called the insurance company, and the insurance company stated Caliber Collision did not report the ABS light. The insurance company informed me how would they know about the ABS light when Caliber collision never reported that the ABS light was on. I told the insurance company that the employee at Caliber collision wanted me to call them and get an approval so they can start the diagnostic. I called on Thursday and informed the employee about my ABS light and door handle not working properly. The employee at Caliber collision told me to take the vehicle in on Friday morning and I would receive my vehicle back later that day. I took my vehicle in Friday morning, and 430 pm comes around (Closing time), and I did not receive a phone call back giving me an update on my vehicle. I did not have a vehicle for the weekend. Also, I was not able to get a rental car because my rental car premium was already maxed out and Caliber collision was close for the weekend. I called Caliber collision on Monday and the employee still has not taken my vehicle to get diagnosis yet. I informed the employee if I can get a rental as a courtesy, the employee informed that he cannot do that because it is not delayed on Calibers collisions behalf. I informed the employee that, how come Caliber collision didn't report my ABS light because it is involve with the accident. I told the employee that they caused this delay for not reporting the ABS light as a precaution. I also told the employee that my insurance company did not know about the ABS light otherwise they would have called me to authorize the diagnostic. The employee refused to give me a rental. . Because of Caliber collisions delayed they were going to charge me $215 dollars if the vehicle's ABS light did not come back accident related. I was tired of going back and forth with Caliber collision's employee, so I authorized the diagnostic. I did not receive my vehicle until Thursday. On Thursday, I went back to pick up my vehicle at Caliber collision. The ABS light diagnosis result came back accident related. The employee, all of sudden became my friend again because the ABS light was accident related. The employee also told me that he got me a new door handle and that now it's working fine. I went to my vehicle and opened the door and now the door is not opening. Also, the key was not able to lock and unlock the door. I went back into the office and informed the employee about the door handle. The employee came to look at the door and said, "It was just working fine". The employee and his tech looked at it and said, "you can leave it here and will look at it." I said "NO" because Caliber collision is not willing to provide me a courtesy rental car. I was in need a vehicle, so I told them "I'll come back when you guys have it all figured out." My vehicle driver door was only able to open from the inside so I would have to open the back door and squeeze my hand through to pull the driver door lever. I called my insurance company the following morning and reported that my door handle was not working properly when I got the vehicle back from Caliber collision. The insurance company and I called the Caliber collision about the door handle not working properly. Caliber collision employee told us that it was normal wear and tear, and they did not touch or break anything. I told him that on the receipt it says that you guys painted the door and removed the door handle, so does that mean that you guys did not touch anything? The employee continued to support his decisions and told the insurance company that Caliber collision is going to charge me another $215 dollars to diagnosis the door handle. If Caliber collision diagnosis the broken door handle and it was their fault, then they would fix it and if it is.... etc etc read more

At most the rubberized bumper needed to be removed, install the attachment piece then put the bumper back on. I figured the cost would be around $100 to $150 dollars. I came to this autobody shop because of all the high reviews. I was given an estimate of $950 which seemed very high and appeared to have a lot of unnecessary add-ons. Worst experience ever from phone calls to reception visits and waiting for returned phone calls to finally getting the car repaired. It took 3 and half months to to get my car finally repaired and not have to be chasing them up waiting for the next excuse or reason why it's not done. 1st visit amber isn't there to check the car in they only took pictures didn't even open the hood or look under vehicle (NOVEMBER 2021) 2nd visit finally got a call to drop the car off as parts are in (January 2022) then to be told they need to order some extra parts that they needed (February 2022) waiting again then car is finished and repaired !!nope still have problems. who ever is there quality checker is at making sure everything is finished at the end does a real piss poor inspection it ended up 3 times I go to pick the car up to find a new problem and then there is an issue which then leads to me leaving again for them to correct it ( #1programming it then #2 a new dent and then #3 window trim not fitted properly) they always call you when they are closing so if there is any issues no one can help you there and then you either leave the car again or come back the next day. But to get things done it had to say I want to speak to the manager and Freddy will make things happen to get things done coz amber says she will call you back but doesn't it will be you calling them. I'm just glad it's all over and finished with but it's been a nightmare. Also pay attention to the billing because the final bill jumped up from the original estimate. But at the end of it all thanks Freddy for getting this nightmare to end. Also still didn't get a survey but as amber said if you aren't going to give a 10 don't bother filling it out which I think is my choice of what score I give but they know that and that's why they never sent a survey out. read more

I made the mistake of taking my car to this establishment based on USAAs preferred suggestion. The body work was good but I made the mistake of paying out of pocket for some additional items. Came in with a working headlight and left with one that didn't. Took it back and it took 6 weeks to get a crap fix for roughly a 1000 dollars. Just spent another 2000 with a reputable shop. This shop meets all of my expectations, its clean the staff is friendly. Offer free food, while you wait, a Keurig with piping hot coffee, free popcorn and water. The staff is friendly, Jeff took my estimate in less than ten minutes, I gave him my car and keys and said your all set we will call you when the car is repaired. I even got daily text messages for instant updates. It took less than a week to repair. And they even offered me a lifetime warranty for anything that may come undone in the future (Bolts, screws etc.) They took care of all of the paper work all I paid was the deductible and my car looked like it was never vandalized. Amazing, how they took out all the scratches and dents. If yelp were to allow me to rate this auto body repair shop a ten they would get ten stars. I took our SUV to Caliber Collision expecting the worst (I hit the bumper and sensor came off with it) For sure in my mind these was at least a couple hundred dollars worth of repairs! Caliber collision has exceeded my expectations. I took my car in due to it being vandalized it was keyed from the front of the driver side to the very end as well as the whole hood. I was concerned because I wasn't sure if my car would look the same as before the incident after it was fixed, but when I got my car back from caliber collision my car looked even better than when I bought it the paint job done on it was beautiful! I am highly impressed by the quality of their work! I was in contact with Alyssa who was at the front desk she was very friendly and helpful from the beginning I was able to make an appointment with ease.
