(If the owner reads this, I recommend you look at other options because if are providing third party your business and they're not taking your needs seriously, then it's making you [Caliber] look bad.) Heidi, the "service advisor" did an exceptional job communicating with me throughout the entire process and this is the only reason I'm giving this posting 5 stars. This posting doesn't not reflect the work done on the truck because it seemed there was always something going on with the service department or third party alignment that caused delays. Overall and despite the delays, I had a good experience and my truck looked good!

She sent a email containing estimates and notes stating to the insurance these exact issues she deemed were not related to the accident for example the abs and traction light had illuminated after being rear ended. when I called and inquired she denied everything regardless of emailed documentation when I told them I will pick up my vehicle it was returned with more my miles on it then when it was first dropped off It had 154,620 upon pick up it had 154,624 the truck still contained marks all over the from their inspection. The experience I had with this body shop was very unprofessional if a vehicle is sitting in the body shop and has not been taken apart or sent out anywhere how is it retuned with more miles then it had when it was towed to the shop but also how can you send emails claiming things are not related when you never sent the truck anywhere to be diagnosed the vehicle was dropped off 3/25/2026 at 8:00am I picked up the vehicle 3/26/2026 3:50 pm with my truck containing 4 extra miles on it how does that occur if a truck was just sitting at a shop and never went anywhere that's very suspicious activity if the vehicle never moved outside the shop

The "replaced doors" have major imperfections and the paint work is extremely poor. [I will briefly mention my opposite experience with another 'Tesla-approved body shop' when I reached out for their help on fixing a sensor issue after the same parking lot accident recently. Tesla Service center recommended this shop for insurance-covered service. This place was upset that I had taken the car elsewhere for the body work. The front desk lady told me that they pay the insurance company to ensure customers are directed toward them! Well, after I was told that they would have to replace airbags, all sensors, and seat belts which won't be approved by the insurance company, I chose to have Tesla take care of it for $186. It's just one electronic module that senses a seated person on the seat. I guess this would have been too small a job for them, but they could have been upfront about it...] Be careful while choosing a body shop - all that glitters is not gold...

Very poor service and very unprofessional. Raymond had my brand new BMW for 4 days for ceramic…read morecoating and tinting. The ceramic coating was told to me as a 7-year coating, but after the piss-poor job was done, I found out it was actually only a 3-year coating. I was also never enrolled for the guarantee. The tint was left with air bubbles and debris, which you can clearly see on the front windshield. There were also deep cuts left on my windows and scratches on my trims. Raymond said he would redo the tint, but when I followed up, he kept avoiding my calls. Eventually, I was told their tint films were on back order, so the tint could not be redone. He also told me he would email me the information for the lifetime tint guarantee. It has now been a month, and I still have not received anything. Every time I tried to get answers, there was always an excuse, saying he had important meetings to attend. Raymond also didn't show up for my appointment. Instead of talking to me directly, he would have his brother, who didn't even do the tint, show up at the shop and deal with me. It was obvious that Raymond and his staff were not on the same page. Overall, the communication was terrible, the service was worse than piss poor, and Raymond did not follow through... he's just for the money. He really messed up my car. I would not recommend this business. Please stay away and save yourself the headache!
