Brought in my 2022 -ZR2 truck after a mishap with front end damage. Don jr took care of me from the time I walked through their door. the whole staff is fantastic to communicate with if you need anything. My truck came out perfect and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Don !! Dave Ybarra read more

This is far and away the best body shop I have done business with. In previous experiences with other shops, I was nickled and dimed for unfair costs that weren't covered by my insurance. This included things like charging an exorbitant amount for towing the card to a shop because they "coordinated" it, and more. Not only did this shop do outstanding work, but the owner Don is an extremely straightforward and honest business owner who I couldn't recommend more highly. Trust me and go here. read more

What a LIFESAVER to find this amazing auto body shop! I was traveling to Yosemite (from south OC) when I slipped on some black ice and hit a K-Rail. The car ended up un-drivable and the closest place I could tow it to was Don Valenzula's. They were an absolute joy to work with! Every time I called, they were so kind and informative. They kept me posted on timing and all the details for the repair, were incredibly communicative and helpful working with my insurance, and did phenomenal work. The car was basically brand new when I picked it up! I just wish I lived closer to use them for all my car needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and if you live close by, consider using Don Valenzuela's for all your car needs! They took us on a tour of their facility - friendly workers, high-end equipment and paint areas, and knowing this is a family run business with both Don Sr and Don Jr was incredible. Thank you Don and the whole team!! (Also, we use the coffee cups regularly and enjoyed the biscotti on the 6 hour drive home.) read more

Fantastic Customer Service! Kind, helpful Staff! Time efficient and quality work. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best Autobody shop anywhere in town. Their craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none. They restored my car back to looking brand new again after my accident. Very friendly and easy to work with during a stressful time. Don Valenzuela and his amazing staff will take care of you and put your mind at ease read more

Absolutely blowin away by the Quality, Had minor front bumper (from hitting a animal , I still am so damn bummed) I took my 2023 ford f-150 in from a great referral who also painted my Harley. I spoke with Don Jr. my oh my i was amazed at this Top Notch Auto Body Team of Amazing People. I brought my truck in when they asked , Spoke to Don Jr once again. Talk about service , Don said the truck would be done Next Day , swear my jaw dropped . It was done and the front of my truck looks Great. Thank You Don Valenzuela's AutoBody read more

If there were more stars, I would have rated higher. The absolute best experience I have had with an auto body shop. Actually I can't think of any of the people i've dealt with in my life that I could rate higher than Dan and his crew. The shop is there as a service to people and to the community, body and paint work are secondary, but accomplished in a very professional manner and with great results. I had a repair shop for 39 years. I tried to run my business the same way Don is doing, service first followed by good work. Even though I followed the same principals, Don Valenzuela's Autobody wins. I feel that his shop applies the principles in a stronger, more professional way. read more

Took my car to them after a rear-end collision. They were fantastic! The staff kept me updated. They matched the damaged part perfectly on my SUV--you can't even tell it was damaged. They also handled everything with my insurance and finished right on time. Highly recommend! read more

Top notch. This review is long overdue. 1 day after I purchased a new Jeep, someone nicked my door. I went in for a quote. Where the chipped paint was, they would have to remove multiple pieces to get the bumper off to properly sand, paint and blend the damage area. They offered to touch it up with as a "band aid" for just a few dollars until I had the time and money to do it right. Even with the cheap fix, I was very impressed with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend. read more

Don Valenzuela Autobody did a superb job at fixing the body damage on my wife's Camry at an amazing price. They are Highly recommended!

Don is amazing. I stopped by to get a quick estimate on some minor scratches that took place when automatic garage door came down in my SUV trunk while open. I was devastated. Don is a super busy man. But he made time to personally come out to my car and inspect himself. He fixed it for me for no charge. We had one of the best conversations about "life" that I haven't had in years. He gave some snacks to my son who was in his car seat. He's just an amazing person. The paintings he has on display the the lobby were all done by him. He's a fabulous artist. I would recommend him to anyone! A super positive being. read more

My wife's Rav4 need some minor cosmetic repairs. After hearing good things about this shop from some coworkers and brought it in. Couldn't be happier with the results. Ended up bringing my car in to have some oem trim parts installed. They gained a loyal customer. Friendly, knowledgeable, great communication. Thanks guys. 10/10 will come back. read more

Seems like a quality shop. I visited to request a quote on my vehicles. After waiting for the quote for 3 business days 5 days total, i called and they had 1 quote available and promised the second quote would be sent by the end of the day. They did not follow up on that. The first quote I received was about 10% higher than their competitor. I figured they might cost more than their competitors because the shop seems real nice, but if i have to keep calling and bugging them to get my quotes I'm not confident the shop is running the show as well as i had hoped. The competitor i went to did a quote right there on the spot and i was able to walk out the door with it. I really wanted to use this shop over the competitor, but it doesn't seem like they want my business.. read more

Great people here. Quality work! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and trustworthy work.

These guys (father now son owners) are awesome! From the friendliest courteous staff to solutions for your vehicles issue. I was referred to them by another auto shop and am so grateful! They went out of there way and were able to help me with an issue I had been having with my sunroof for over a year and am highly recommending them for any of your auto body needs. The two Don's are a rare gem of appreciated CUSTOMER SERVICE with a smile! Thank you so much to you guys and your lovely staff! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!! MC read more

Don and Roseanne are fantastic people. They go the extra mile to make sure we customers are well informed and appreciated. I feel he and his team surpass the factory work from the manufacturer, and you'd never notice that a homeless person decided to jump into your car from the center median for kicks. (Hmm, tons of double entendres here?!) Besides that incident, Don has repaired my sideswiped Maxima, and my wife's rear-ended 35 year anniversary Skyline Edition G37 with one-of-a-kind paint. His work is amazing, and the other "preferred" shops could not get CLOSE to his quality of work. (Please refer to the poorly photographed pictures.) I urge all of you to ignore the shops your insurance recommends (I'd state the two shops locally within the network, but Yelp would ban my review) and have Don do the work while your insurance flips the bill (minus deductible, of course!) read more

My 2007 Avalon had a banged up bumper and broken tail light. Got a recommendation from and other shop that only take insurance jobs. Well that was the best thing that happened. I went there and Dan looked at my damage, took some pic and then we went to his office. It was like being with kindred friends there. We chatted and got to know each other and that was great. I decided to have them fix my car. They said it would be a week. When i went to pick up my car, there service was beyond expectation. My car looked brand new ans spotless inside and out. What a pleasure doing business there. And was offered a Veteran's discount to boot. May God Bless your business Dan. read more

This is a body shop you can trust. They go above and beyond to make your vehicle as good as new.

Highly recommended! Don does quality work, is honest, and is a good person to do business with.

Don is the absolute best! My truck was T-Boned while parked and Don took amazing care of my vehicle and had it perfect when I picked it up.

I was searching for a body shop for my 2010 mustang which had the left rear bumper slightly popped out of place and wouldn't go back in. I came across Don's Autobody and decided to go to them first after looking at the reviews. After going in on a Friday I was told that I had to make an appointment for an estimate, luckily found a time for the following Monday. After coming on Monday, not only was I offered drinks while I wait, I was also having small talks with Debbie as if we knew each other for years. I then found a person who looked busy and was constantly running and later found out that was don. When it finally came the time for my estimate I was speechless. Here I was, planning to have my car gone for a few days to get it fixed but instead, don said that he can fix it in 15 minutes. The crazy part about it was that he did it for free. Although I would have more than happy to have paid even 100 dollars for the fix, he didn't charge me a penny. Sadly I didn't get the chance to see the process of them taking apart the bumper as I was in the office (due to the extreme heat). But the end result after the 15 minute wait was unbelievable. Even though he didn't want me to pay for the repair, I felt like I had to leave a review. If I ever need to go to a body shop again, I'm definitely coming back here. read more

My car was damaged in the parking lot at work a couple weeks ago and no one wanted to own up to it. Frustrated with the situation I went to a few body shops to get quotes done for my damage. I bought my car new and want to keep it in tip top shape for as long as I can. Not only was I impressed by the quote, but I was also highly impressed with their level of customer service. Its not every day the owner of a business works with you one on one when you come on a walk in basis. Debbie was also an amazing help through this whole process. The whole insurance process was quick and easy at Don's. His whole staff was courteous and extremely welcoming. My car was complete after only a couple days. They not only did an exceptional job, but they also returned my car fully detailed inside and out! I am one happy customer and will be returning to them in the future! read more

Today I picked up my car and was blown away. The hood on my 21-yr old luxury SUV with 293,000 miles had seen better days. I decided I wanted to repaint just the hood. Don didn't think I was crazy, he was responsive, professional and he and his crew did an amazing job! I appreciate that he goes above and beyond. It's no wonder he has 5 stars. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Yep he's that good. If you're trying to decide who to go with, take my advice and go in and see Don. Here's to another 100,000 miles! read more

Our Toyota Venza's front bumper needs repair. Don provided us with several options for repair without any pressure and treated us like a friend. He was able to secure a sensor on the bumper until we are able to get the car in for repairs. The estimates he provided were also the most competitive. We definitely will be using this business for all of our auto body needs. Thank you so much Don! read more

A delivery person ran into my car at work and even to this day it is still an ongoing process to figure out how they are going to pay to help me fix my car, so that is a MAJOR issue. What isn't an issue and what was soo smooth and simple was my visit with Don. I asked friends for recommendations and Don had the most positive reviews, so I went to see him and it was so simple. I made an appointment, they got me in right away and they really evaluated my car looked up down inside and out at the damage and he went through step by step on his screen what was damaged, what the specific parts were, and printed it and emailed it to me so that I had various ways of turning it in. He took lots of pictures and also made a statement that he didn't want me to be underpaid, but didn't want to make them overpay either, which I thought was soo fair. Like that is such a great statement because he doesn't want to seek out money, he just wants to be fair all around, and that is soo rare. I will definitely use him in the future if I ever need to. read more

I just got my car back after almost 2 months of waiting on insurance. A young driver ran a red light & hit me--seemed like an easy-to-fix "fender bender," but not so. Don and his staff were absolutely wonderful in helping me negotiate through all of the issues and in ultimately deciding not to let the insurance company total my car. It was fixed meticulously and is now better than ever. Don is extremely diligent in requiring his workers to do the best job possible, and it shows in the finished product. I have had my car into his shop before (hopefully not again!) and the result every time is just amazing. I highly recommend his shop and the very helpful and friendly staff. read more

I had the absolute best experience here! I have a 2012 Camry and the front bumper cover has given me trouble for years. I have had it replaced twice (with other auto body shop) and Just couldn't bring myself to have it replaced again. That's when my search on Yelp began. With such outstanding reviews, Don was the first shop I went to and boy, I couldn't be happier that I did! Not only did he repair, NOT replace, my bumper cover but he didn't even charge me anything! Have you ever? I had the best half hour waiting as I had a wonderful visit with Debi who actually visits with you making you feel like you're old friends and Jake, not only smart but intelligent!
