DO NOT GO THERE. BUYER BEWARE! They were fine in the beginning, but a huge red flag: NO ONE was wearing a mask. I brought my car in because I was having transmission problems and I wanted to know what it was. They kept revving my engine so much that when it was time to drive home, I could not drive my car, the transmission just failed on me. (This morning is back to normal, but that's how much they messed with my transmission.) Most importantly, I DID NOT have a engine light on before I took my car there, but when I left I did. What did they do with my car??? Why out of the sudden there is an engine light on?? When I asked them about it, he said "it was like that when it got here" UHHH no it was not! I drove it here I would have seen it!! PLUS, they broke my light switch, it was not broken before I took in, when I called to complain about it, the guy was super rude. I DO NOT recommend this place. I come here for everything. There is never any surprises with the bill. I don't know much about cars, but Art is really knowledgeable and has saved me so much money already. If I could give the service a 0 I would. We took our car here on the recommendation of a friend We have a hybrid. Our air conditioner was not working. The first time we went they thought it needed Freon. They charge over $160 for that. This did not solve our problem. We took it back and they said we needed a new air unit which they replaced at the cost of $1100. After keeping it for a week. Then it was still leaking liquid onto the passenger side floor mat. We took it back and they said the lines needed to be flushed. After picking it up again it still leaked. We took it to the dealership and they said the lines and the pan were still clogged with mud and debris! Very poor service especially for the price we were charged! We felt like we were ripped off! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. The guys at Unique Auto are absolute lifesavers!! I was driving up from LA to Yosemite today and somewhere around Tulare my alignment went badly off kilter from a huge, horrible dip I had hit really hard several hours earlier. I called them up around 4:30 and asked if I could bring car in by 5. They said no problem, checked it out, fixed everything and got me back on the road in no time. They even stayed after closing to finish up and took the time to show me what was wrong with one of my tires. They did a fantastic job and are reasonably priced. I highly, highly recommend them. If I could give them all my auto repair business I would and if I ever need help when I'm out this way again I will without a doubt stop here. read more

LIFE SAVERS! Just want to say words of appreciation to Arthur who is the owner of Unique Auto Enterprises. We were passing by Fresno when my car engine began overheating due to radiator leak. So at some point my car just stopped in the middle of the road while it was around 100 degrees outside. It was after 5pm, I called several mechanics around and only Arthur was willing to help me. Luckily I got stuck very close to his shop, so he came and helped me to get my car to his shop. Him and his technician immediately started working on my car. There was also thermostat problem which they were able to fix as well. In about 3 hours I was back on the road and safely made to my destination. Thank you Arthur saving my car and my trip. I have never been to the location of this shop myself but my new truck was outsourced to Unique Auto Enterprises from another location to have an entire lift kit installed. Less than one month later and parts are coming off of my truck and ruining the frame. My rear sway bar end link I found to be off, the entire bolt came out. After talking to a proper mechanic from the manufacture where I bought the lift kit, I was told not to drive my truck and that if the entire sway bar would come loose in a few weeks that there is a 99 percent likelihood that all of the other parts of the lift and suspension were not correctly tightened. Come to find out, after replacing and tightening the sway bar myself, the recommended mechanic found the entire kit to be unsafely installed with multiple locations of loose bolts or equipment around the truck's lift. I drive my children daily in this car and to think that something could have happened to my family at the expense of poor service is unacceptable. Let this be a valuable lesson to us all, always do your research on a business or place of service and never trust the words of others when they say they can "hook you up with a good deal". Your life is not worth risking and I did not end up getting any type of a good deal at all! Please take my advice and if you are looking for anywhere to install a lift, rims or tires take your vehicle somewhere that is more knowledgeable and will provide a safe and much better result! read more

My 82 year old father had a tire on his older cadillac blow out off the 41 freeway a few days ago, one of the employees at this business who was returning back to work noticed him on the side of the road in a bit of disarray........He pulled over talked to my dad about the issue and gave my dad a ride to this shop where Art the owner got a tired ready and he and his employee drove my dad back to his car and put the tire on the car for him ! Truly a classy act and they even gave my dad a bottle water to cool him off as it was way over 100 Degrees that day. My dad said the owner told him he just opened this location recently. My dad said its as clean a shop as he has ever seen and again he kept raving just how much help and kindness Art and his staff showed to my dad ! Class act class shop and great people here...a chance meeting but yet that blown tire was a blessing ! Were going back for all our vehicle needs in the future !
