At move out, found out that the price increases each year were not inflationary but predatory. In the end, I was paying nearly twice their non-promotional rate. TIP: Each year, move to a slightly bigger unit. You'll save money. As almost always, the people working there are good folks, they're just slaves to corporate greed. After posting a review about their predatory business practices, was contacted by corporate goon (hi TJ!) who tried to gaslight me about paying $340 for a unit that is still $180 (non-promotional rate). Terrible business that needs regulation.

Coupled with the fact that they are local and Employee-Owned, and their pricing is transparent (no hidden fees or extra charges as we saw with other companies we considered), choosing Up & Up Moving was the best decision we made.
