She told me she would have to print the label and it was $2 for the first copy, and $1 for each additional page. I would also need a box or I would have to purchase one. Since it is a UPS store I tried to call and see if indeed they will ship for me. Wait time was over an hour. I gave up. UPS does not have good customer service. I waited over an hour with 1-800 customer service to get this business and I'm not going to wait another hour for them to give me the run around even more. What a sorry business I can't get a straight answer in a timely way. At least the delivery people are competent and friendly.

Only one employee handling passport applications and pictures (she was great, though) and zero signage on where to go for passports, even though only one employee is handling them. When I got there I waited only about 10 minutes, but while I was waiting about 15-20 people got behind me in line without any movement made. I hope this post office gets more staff members and is able to upgrade their signage at some point soon. They don't make passport appointments intuitive for dummies like me! Side note: Apple Maps takes you to the employee only parking lot instead of the general parking lot, not sure why that is.

It was in a box that was great for the shelf in the store and maybe for shipping on a pallet of other boxes, but not for the mail or for UPS. It needed another box and then to be shipped. My preference is for local businesses over franchises because all of the money stays as close to my community as possible so I did a little search and this one was convenient to my other errands. I used no other filter. The place was clean and bright, with tidy displays of local products (good place for gift shopping, perhaps), and the ranks of mailboxes at the front of the store. Someone came from out of the back before I got to the counter. I explained my situation, gave them the details, and the whole thing took about 6 minutes. An 18X18X10 inch box and the packing material for it plus shipping came to $44. I was pleased with the service, the atmosphere and the cost. Most people arrive just to drop off packages and only require a scanning, but because they only have 1 worker/register open, especially during rush hour (lunch and after standard work times), the line builds up and moves SO slow. That said, the workers here have always been friendly and it never is their fault for this--it's a management/ownership problem. With the actual UPS-owned location closed out by the airport, do you really have any other choice other than this place? No. So I recommend coming here during the early or mid morning if you can when there's less of a crowd/line.
