I was very disappointed with the service I received for window tinting. I initially did not want to write a review as I also am a small business owner and recognize the impact negative reviews may have on local businesses, however, after discovering more damage to my car I felt the need to warn others about the window tinting services. I requested standard window tinting on my brand new 2025 vehicle I purchased 7/3/24. My initial appointment was on 7/26/24 and I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00am. Just before 6:00pm the technician contacted me and asked if I could bring back my vehicle in again another time in order to complete the back window during a second visit as they ran out of tint after trying a few times to place the tint on the back window. I travelled from Spokane for this service, but agreed and went to pick up my vehicle. Upon getting it home I saw there were several spots the tint was applied very poorly, and it was almost a mirrored tint rather than just a dark tint. I immediately texted the technician my concerns, and then stated I would just like to have the tint removed all together. The technician stated the shop could address the concerns on my next appointment which was scheduled for 8/9/24. A few days after my initial appt on 7/26/24 I noticed one of my back port windows had scratches ALL the way around the window that looked like someone was tracing the size of the tint to cut out. On 8/9/24 I again travelled from Spokane and the technician asked about my concerns. I told him I did not feel the tint was done in an acceptable way. He stated that was why they wanted me to come back in to "fix" the feathering or something. I told him that I also noticed there were scratch marks around an entire window and I'd just like the tint removed. The technicians tone immediately changed to more snippy after I brought up the scratches and he said he was sorry I did not like it and they'd take the tint off. No refund was offered at all. They took the tint off, and that all went fine. Now, on the date I am writing this review, 8/15/24, I notice that there are also scratch marks all around my entire back window as well. I am very upset that I have had this brand new vehicle for just barely over a month and now I am left with scratched windows, no tint, and wasted money.

This action is not only unethical but also a violation of consumer trust and potentially unlawful under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He took my personal information/ social security that BMW has (I have purchased several BMW in the past) I expected professionalism and transparency, but instead was left feeling disrespected and concerned about how my personal information was handled. Customers deserve honesty and clear communication when making such an important financial decision, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly caution others to be vigilant when working with this dealership.

You call their main number and it goes to voice mail and says to text. So then you text the number to get a time and date to bring your car in and no one responds for several days if even that. They obviously don't need your business and have probably filled their slots up with bigger money projects. It's sad that most shops around here are moving towards the bigger money, quicker projects.

We decided to go to the dump to see the real cost. Based on weight $10 was the cost of disposal. Of course, the pick-up immediately changed to an hourly rate to include trip to the dump. The advertised Richland Land Fill rate is $10 per load up to 1200#, surely this outfit knows this. They advertise "Veteran Owned"; with claims like that I'd expect straight shooters. As a disabled veteran, I don't expect special treatment just fair; honor stated quotes. Edited: Received phone call from vendor who was somewhat upset over the above review. A veteran's discount was then offered but not accepted, again not looking for special treatment. If real, discounts should be advertised or offered at time of job request. Edited review to remove text that bothered them. Of course, my "claim" to be a disabled veteran was questioned...real class act. DD-214 and VA disability classification available upon request. I'll be gone in a couple years so my concern for their feelings is rapidly fading.
