Everyone there is so nice. However, I really wish people would stop coming into work sick. My husband and I came in 4 days before Christmas to return something. I asked the guy how his day was going. He said that he thought he was coming down with something and he wasn't feeling good. Well, thank you so much for that because my husband and I were sicker than dogs for Christmas as well as New Year's. It was the only place we went to. We never really go anywhere. 0 star. Asian lady that helped me for my Amazon return today was very unfriendly, cold, and rude. She did not like the fact that I asked if she has tape to seal top of the package and she started acted up by taping it very unprofessionally in a most rude and rush way. This is the outcome(photo below) where the label is all destroyed and off after brutal taping from her anger. I will also contact corporate after this. read more

I've never had bad service here and they are reasonable with their prices and you don't get that feeling of "up sale" on items you don't need like a bigger box or packing materials. If they tell you that you need them, they will explain it respectfully (which goes a long way) They also process packages for Amazon for return at no cost, which is one more reason to appreciate them being here! read more

This business is as unprofessional as any I have ever dealt with. A friend took the shipment into the Moses Lake store to be shipped to me here in California. When I called them to pay the bill I was told it would be $1451 for 1 picture box and 5 smaller boxes. When I told them I would not pay that I was told that it all was all ready shipped? I asked how could this be when I hadn't paid for it yet. Julian gave me no response. When I contacted my friend who took the items in to be shipped he told Julian to give him a quote before shipping it. My friend said Julian never did. I then spoke to the owner of this UPS store Lisa Castro. After some discussion she put me on hold to speak to Julian then came back and said she would settle the $1451 shipping charge for $725. Although I accepted that I still think it was way too high. When I receive the shipment I will take it to the local UPS store packed just as it came and ask them for a quote to ship it to UPS in Moses lake to see how that will compare to the $725 they charged me. I will amend my review accordingly. Very poor experience over all. read more

We went into the store to send packages and wine to see if we could send it. We knew we probably couldn't but wanted to ask. We received a terrible response. We experienced rudeness from the get-go. We were in line so he has to yell through the customer he was working with at the time. the guy in the red shirt, who refused to give us his name, stated we couldn't send it so my husband says that we'd drink them here and meant here in Washington not in the store, obviously. We hadn't said a thing. He stated very rudely that we would not be drinking in the store. Are you kidding me.? Then, the guy in the red shirt, apparently, has issue with US despite the fact that he was the rude one and makes somebody else help us. He had a green shirt on. How do you employ that type? I have zero doubt that we aren't the only ones. We were blown away with such bad behavior from an employee to customers. I have a huge family there and I will make sure they never go there again. Btw, we also stayed to watch the ridiculous response he made to the guy in the green when he thought we left. I will not only complain here, I'm going to corporate. My husband works there. I will not tolerate that. I have four witnesses. We did nothing wrong and he was blatant with rudeness. Clearly he gets away with it. read more

Not happy. I had specifically signed up to have my UPS packages put in the manager of the apartment complex's office and instead I get a note on my door that "Sorry we missed you..." Well of course you missed me. I was at work in Othello all day. I will not normally be home on a weekday. And if it needs a signature from my 97 year old neighbor, good luck. Bad on my part. Should never trust the system. Goes to my work as before. At least I know I will get it. My package is now 26+ miles away at the UPS store in Moses Lake. If it closes before I can get there, another wasted day. read more

After posting my frustrated post on the 7th, I was able to talk to the owner (?), and she was very helpful and got me all squared away for a refund. The slip up was on the other city's side of things (it got there the day it was supposed to, but wasn't delivered until the next week). Anyhow, I'm happy to have the situation worked out, the Moses Lake location was very helpful. read more

They used to be really quick and reliable for printing services (I am big on sending big print jobs off instead of wasting my home printer's ink), but lately their staff doesn't seem to know how to use a computer. Most recently, I sent a .pdf to them via their website for next day pick up and spaced about it...sent my husband in 2 days later and it wasn't even ready to pick up, and they had no clue how to retrieve the file and had to call someone. How hard could it really be to download and print a file? And why didn't they figure it out on MONDAY when the website told me it would be ready? If I wanted to stand around their store waiting on them to fumble with their computer, I would have walked in with my file on a jump drive. Staples from here on out--their staff knows how to use their computers and the print jobs are ready to go when they say they will be! read more
