I can only speak for this location as an access point to pickup up UPS packages. I don't use their other services. If you're lucky enough, and they find your package in the back, you will likely continue to receive notifications from UPS that your package is waiting for you because half the time they will forget to ask you to sign for your package and it will appear that you've never picked it up. As I write this, I just received three messages in the last 24 hours reminding me to pick up a package (that I already have) or they're sending it back. The rest of the time, you'll receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup, which it truly is, but they will claim it's not there or that they know nothing about it. Doesn't matter that it has a UPS tracking number, they will not check that. You will have to return another day and insist that your package tracking says it's arrived and...oh my goodness! Indeed it REALLY is there and was actually there all along! I only send to here from Amazon if the package cannot be sent to the Amazon locker. However, in the last year, I've had issues with this location at least 6-8 times and that is over half the total times I've had parcels delivered there. I am not bothered by employees making mistakes but this repetitive issue is not "mistakes", this is unprofessional. I would like to use this location because it's conveniently located, but I at this rate, it's becoming not worth it. read more

Had you spoken with her you would have found out she was in fact the person who attempted the first hole punch job. When she couldn't complete it, she went next door to Mike. And since she was the one who brought the pages back to the register and boxed them it would have been her to inform me that she messed up my pages and instead of being transparent and letting me know what she did, she said NOTHING. Terrible! We just got ripped off here. Just as we were being rung up for notary services on 2 documents, she told us they just doubled their prices. They even rung it up as 4 notary services since the computer still says $10 per notary! We will NOT be going back here anymore. We don't mind a raise in prices, but we should have been told BEFORE it's time to pay that they doubled the price! Not cool. We would have went to our bank in the morning to do it free if we knew before the stamping and paperwork was done. read more

No matter when I go in they always try to greet you with a hello, even when I first started coming in here. Being older, with medical issues and slower they have always treated me professionally. Recently I sent two small items that were in boxes using this UPS store. One of these items was really taped up and the other was in a box that wasn't taped but closed. I was told they would be sent in a single large package. Both of these items were sturdy, so I didn't anticipate shipping damage. As a result I didn't pay for insurance. I paid, left and didn't oversee the packaging of the two boxes. When they arrived I was told that one of the small boxes (the one I didn't tape) was missing its contents. I called and spoke directly to the individual who packaged my box and was told explicitly that she opened the small package, looked at the item and remembered it specifically. Seriously? Why did you open it? Just put it in the box and ship it...don't open it, take it home with you and put it on your mantle place! She then instructed me to ask the person who received the box, to paraphrase a bad movie if they're sure they saw what they think they saw. This guy happens to be my dad. Unlike me, his body type puts most silver back gorillas to shame and I'm pretty sure he's never been afraid of anything in his life. He tells people things they don't like to hear and waits for them to act out with a look that I imagine hungry lions give to prey. What I'm trying to say is, why would he lie? He opened up the box and found two boxes, one empty and the other not empty. However I did go out of my way to poke the bear and told him the folks at UPS didn't think he was capable of checking a box. There was a lot of noise in the background as he tore apart the remaining boxes in a way that would make tub girl blush. He then proceeded to tell me to relay back to the folks at UPS all the ways they could go ahead and check their own prostate. I didn't know he was so creative. I also contacted the mothership (UPS Corporate). They told me that they saw in their system a delivered box and that I should contact the store. Hey guys, thanks for being about as helpful as a sharp stick in the eye. Finally, as there is no recourse for an uninsured package, what's the incentive to an employee not to steal something? Simply put, there is none. If you go to this store, stick around to make sure people aren't digging around in your stuff and taking it home with them. Hey UPS folks, I hope you get hemorrhoids and irritable bowel syndrome at the same time so it's super uncomfortable for you to use the bathroom. Then you'll feel as crappy as I do! read more

The UPS Store on Dupertail in Richland is amazing. This UPS store has been my go to for years... they have helpful polite attendants, make everything regarding sending packages easy and go out of their way to do extra. This along with their tracking system and saved frequent mailing list makes it so nice and convenient. I do not go anywhere else. Staff very helpful but a bit of advice, bring your own box, outrageously priced. Staff has nothing to do with that but were great help.

Despite the website and this sign in the store, this location does not do passport photos. . How about you offer the services you advertise are available? This also puts employees in the position of having to explain the franchise policies. I have used their notary services and made copies here and saw their signs so how about you make a little sign that says not available here? Two stars because the employee was calm and professional. My parents went here yesterday and insisted that I immediately leave a great review for them on yelp because they were so impressed with the above and beyond service. They tried a few other places to notarize their will, and were turned away for not bringing witnesses, but this location provided witnesses for them. They took such great care of my parents and were so patient - my mom forgot her ID at home so had to go back and get it, and UPS held the witnesses while she retrieved it. All in all they were extremely impressed with the caliber of service by the staff. They recommend that everyone go there. read more

I've been here three times now. Each time has been perfect. I've needed to mail things and they have mailed them. Notice that this is a very simple transaction, between mailee and mailer. They mail my stuff, and I give them money. I didn't need insurance on my packages, because they were not valuable, but if they were, I would have gotten them insured because I'm not stupid. I would love to write another 3 paragraphs about how "scary" my dad is and how butthurt I am that I was an idiot and forgot to properly package and insure my valuables. But I won't, because you don't give a damn how scary my daddy is. Also, I know how to mail things without screwing myself over. I also know how to write a review, instead of a wannabe comedy article. I am so impressed with the quality of customer service at this store! I have interacted with Michelle the most. My family and I moved here a couple of weeks ago and have had to mail packages, letters and fax things to family and also for the sale of our house. Michelle really helps create this amazing "neighborhood friendly" feel when you interact with her. James and Rachel are both so great as well! Everything is done with a smile, so quickly and everybody there is so friendly!
