Very clean and professional business, helpful and responsive staff, and good prices. Since it is a UPS store I tried to call and see if indeed they will ship for me. Wait time was over an hour. I gave up. UPS does not have good customer service. I waited over an hour with 1-800 customer service to get this business and I'm not going to wait another hour for them to give me the run around even more. What a sorry business I can't get a straight answer in a timely way. At least the delivery people are competent and friendly.

They were super friendly even though I was in a terrible mood and were happy to be accommodating printing things out that my paralegal emailed me. Everything was neat and tidy and well-organized, and the copy fees were very reasonable, especially compared to other copy places when you come in with a rush job. Will definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone who needs copies in the vicinity or the courthouse.
