The people there are great, the facility is squeaky clean and the price is fair, especially considering how awful the experience I had at Uncle Bob's Storage was.

I immediately felt safe, you have to put your code in multiple times the sense of security is so much better compared to the last place. There is good lighting, they have elevators, it's clean. The staff was nice Yamelis had great customer service she told me all of the important information and answered all of my questions. She was great! I would definitely recommend! The building and units are bright and clean and very well-lighted. The cost of units was reasonable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Especially helpful was Joanne Zarnoch, who gave us great info and guided us in the process of moving goods from storage. Three and a half years from moving in, it was time for moving out. While I was moving out using a 26 foot truck the owner stopped by and chatted for about twenty…read moreminutes. He asked me to clean out the unit and if I wanted to end the lease. The first of which I agreed to but felt I might need the storage space for other items. After our conversation, he left CLOSING and LOCKING the truck exit. Which I discovered one following the exit signs. He essentially chatted with me pleasantly and then created a situation in which I needed to execute a k turn and exit through a very narrow entrance. Long story short this con man filed a claim against me for property damage. The facility is clean and new but frankly there are better facilities, competitively priced, where there is maneuvering room for trucks. And where the owners aren't two faced cowards.

Went online, saw pricing info, reserved my space, and that's it! I ended up emailing and asking to see if I could move in sooner than the reserved date. Donna immediately responded, said to come on in during their working hours and that's what we did! It was so easy. We walked in, she pulled up my reservation. Signed the contract. Was even able to purchase a lock through them. So easy. Unfortunately the unit we got ended up having a little damage from the previous renter that hadn't informed All Storage. After moving our things in, we realized it and immediately informed Donna. Let me TELL you. She immediately jumped on the phone to get her repair man to take care of it right away. It turns out because of the holidays things got a little delayed. She made sure to keep me up to date with everything even when things were delayed. Not only that, she went out of her way to make sure we got taken care of. Donna has been exceptional. She went over, above and beyond with her customer service skills. Obviously I needed to store my things either way. But there's nothing like finding people that care, communicate, are kind and go overboard for you. I rented a large outside 10x15 unit. The grounds are very clean and well-kept. The prices are excellent, and they even provide multiple-month discounts if you do long-term renting. During the end of my rental, they even helped me to get into my facility while I was out of the country and were gracious enough to go out of the way to answer my many phone calls ---- much more work than any other storage facility would have done. I was emptying my parents' home for sale with no prior experience or help from family. He told me how to avoid scammers, what items weren't worth storing and the best ways to transport furniture to its final destination. On moving day, I asked Eddie if his crew could also throw out alot of heavy, old furniture that I couldn't carry. So there was furniture to store, toss or keep. The crew stepped up and followed directions without a hitch. The owner even took the glass (and there was a lot of it) in another vehicle to ensure it's safety. As we were leaving, I mentioned to Eddie that my next project was to get rid of a heavy wrought iron railing that my brother left behind. It was rejected by sanitation.
