The key word here is that they are helpful and that is what this business is all about. I spoke to Michelle O'Shea who told me it was a family business and they help to move locally and long distance. She scheduled with Rick, her husband, to come provide an estimate. When Rick came to provide the estimate, he was informative, kind and thorough. He went to see all the rooms, attic and crawl space. I really appreciated that the owner himself came to do the estimate rather than the previous sales people I've dealt with at other companies. Michelle sent over the quote and I was able to secure my date with a deposit. Unfortunately, we had issues with our closing date and buyers and had to changed our previously scheduled moving date. Michelle was wondering and communicative as she accommodated our new date. She was able to set up a crew to help me move before we needed to be out of the house. I was so appreciative of all her efforts. The day of the move, Rick called me and informed me that the crew was on their way. Rick himself and 4 members of his team were there ready to work.
