They were careful with everything. We have not finished unpacking but so far we have not found anything damaged. They worked hard without complaining on a hot and humid day. This is a shame, as this company was referred to me by my uncle. Unfortunately, my experience has…read morebeen extremely disappointing. One of my boxes went missing while in one of their own storage units, and despite providing a clear inventory of its contents (worth close to $1,000), I've received little more than vague assurances for over 12 weeks. Only recently was I offered a reimbursement that doesn't even cover half the cost of a single item from the box. What's more concerning is the lack of accountability. No proper inventory was taken at the time of the move, and I was never told that their team should have been responsible for boxing and backing up items in order for coverage to apply. Without that transparency, it feels like customers are left unprotected if something goes wrong. For anyone considering movers, I would recommend Piece of Cake instead, they were half the price and, based on my experience, far more reliable.

However, yesterday afternoon the gate was broken and there was no one at all, in the whole company, no emergency number, no help. This is completely unacceptable, and the company needs to figure out of being contacted and helping people in this situation.

Very clean facility, helpful people at the desk and reasonable prices made the whole thing a breeze. The concept did make me ponder though, that if you have that much crap to store indefinitely and in addition to all the stuff in your house, maybe, just maybe - you do not need it? Security was good at the place and pretty good hours of operation. I'd use again.

The monthly fee is the best value we found, and combined with the great service, it was a no brainer. I also appreciated that one of the managers (I think James was his name) came to introduce himself during his lunch break when I came to visit the unit for the first time.
