This was due to the scheduling error. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this company. I think maybe they've gotten too big and need to get better in-office help. On the last call I was told to put it in the trash. It was soaking wet and weighed a lot, probably 50 pounds. I am elderly. I finally managed to get it into the trash bin. I am lucky I didn't injure my back again, but I should have used a different moving company.

I've been happy enough with some of the companies, and disappointed in others. But Blue Men? They blew every other experience I've had out of the water. They sent someone out ahead of time to give us a quote so we had a very reliable ballpark estimate as opposed to the "do it yourself" online versions. And because we had a big move (a 3 bed, 3 bath house moving to a penthouse condo in downtown Cleveland) they sent three amazing guys to make the job smooth and fast. And it was exactly that. The three men who showed up were so professional and kind and worked their absolute tails off. They were so careful with our stuff, gladly rearranged things if I accidentally told them the wrong place, and made sure we were absolutely happy before leaving. They also packed for us the day beforehand and OMG I will never move again without having this exact company doing the job. I've already unpacked a bunch of what they boxed up and they were sooo careful and efficient with our stuff!! I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. I just treated myself to a brand new grand piano which is very important to me and cost more than an arm and a leg. I not only did I want it to get to my new spot in one piece, but I didn't even want to risk it being scratched, bumped, dented, etc. When I called the movers and told them about the main reason for my move, they were on it and did a fantastic job of handling it when they carried it out of my home into the truck. All the movers were very respectful and kind. They made a good impression on me and my family who had come to help a bit. My mom was thrilled that she had referred them to her sister who was looking to move at the end of the month and has been trying to find a reasonably priced moving company. Definitely keep up the good work and keep the positive attitude. Very attentive to me and I appreciated that.
