    Corner got beat up while in the U-Box because it wasn't properly covered.

    The actually scheduling and day-of experiences were great, which is why I chose Them Movers in the first place. I had never used a moving company, but their polite receptionist and ease with schedule was awesome. The two guys showed up, running a little late, but that's fine, and they were really nice and efficient when it came to filling the time I was paying for. Being that it was only me, I couldn't help point to what was moving and how and watch them fill the items in my U-Haul U-Boxes at the same time. They instructed me that it would be easier if I stayed in the house to point to what was prioritized to fit, so I did. They were able to get 95% of my stuff in there, which wasn't bad. It took a little longer than I hoped, but - like I said - they constantly kept working. Afterwards, as I was cleaning up and seeing what all hadn't fit, I noticed that there was still plenty of space in areas of the U-Boxes, so I threw in some stuff. They also hadn't really organized it the way I'd asked, but that was fine. Everything was ultimately going to the same place. U-Haul had also sent 72 furniture blankets. That was more than I could possibly want or need, and I saw that they had covered my couch properly with them. Unfortunately, when the U-Boxes arrived at my new home, I discovered that furniture blankets had not been used to cover all my better furniture, specifically my coffee table, which now has a huge knick in it and scratched on the top. Likewise, I discovered that they hadn't really utilized the space as well as they could have. I have some of those cube storage units with bins, and they didn't put the bins in the storage units, for whatever reason. I tried giving them a call and left a voicemail, just to state the above experience. That was two weeks ago, and I still haven't got a response. This really disappointed me after I had a great initial experience. The coffee table isn't in production anymore, so I can't just replace it, and I'm sure there's some way to "fix" it, but still... It wasn't the experience I wanted to have when I moved into my new house. So, it's really those final reasons that led me to give a lower score. Maybe it was just the two men they had sent to me. Maybe it was just a bad day. I'm not sure, but I felt like I should at least let others know about my less-than-ideal experience.

    I hired these guys and they were polite, efficient and hard working. The best movers I've used in Cleveland.

    Worst moving experience I have ever had. The movers were late. When they finally arrived one…read moresmelled like he had just smoked weed. That gives me a great feeling of confidence! Not! They had no moving equipment. I provided blankets I rented at U-Haul, and I provided more. And I also provided a hand truck. I had to rent one as well because mine did not have straps and I was moving a refrigerator. They came with nothing. They did not want to use the hand trucks. The first thing they went to move was the refrig and they didn't want to use the hand truck! They dropped it and realized they better use it. My friend and I were helping as they didn't seem to know what they were doing. They didn't want to use the blankets. I had to hand them the blankets to use. Then he opened the blanket and made the padding even thinner. I could not watch as they loaded the truck because they would not put the delicate things on top of the stack. Instead, they put everything side-by-side which created more damage. When they unloaded and left I was shocked at the bed rails being scrapped, my personally refinished cedar chest was gouged on top and we had a conversation about how many times I had to redo that chest to get the finish right. They covered their damage by putting a box on top so I would not see it right away. Other furniture that I refinished was gouged and paint scratched off. Even new tv stand had scratches. My aunt's large armoir was broke off in back. That's all NEW damage. Then, I go to find my red hand truck and find it's gone! They stole it! My friend and I were arranging furniture inside when they were finishing up Outside. Manager would not do anything about this. You would think he would have insurance that could cover at least some of the damages. But no response on that.

I am the secretary for the company so o may be a little biased but we moved in august and hired 4 men to load,unload a full 26' truck and they were done in less than 4 hours.
