They installed all of the flooring in our Heartland home…read more The wood flooring they had on display was NOT representative of what was installed, and they knew this but blamed the manufacturer. I had many many repair trips to fix sloppy tile work, amongst other things. Within one year of installation of the carpet, it got ridiculously loose and buckled in multiple rooms. It has separated in different areas where you can see a gap in the pad. I'm well past the warranty at this point, but it was noted on my punch list (6 years ago) and they told me I could have it repaired in the future. Well, it's the future (present actually, ha), and they have ignored my repair requests, even though everything was properly documented. Lastly, I was going to pay them for some other repairs, like tile that my kids broke, and they ignored that too. So now, it's going to cost me a few hundred dollars to fix the AWFUL install job that they never did correctly, and they've earned this review

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Christy provided us with many options to choose from and great advice during our selection process. We get many compliments on how great the floor looks and how well it was installed. Some people think its wood or LVT.

When asked to speak with someone above him, the caller responded that "they were in the Bahamas" and that we should "call back". Complete and utter BS. Do not waste your time with this unprofessional company.

I also needed some help getting a new wind stop/chain installed on a swinging screen door in the basement. They were the only service I reached out to who asked for specific details about the jobs before providing a quote, which is a great way to do business. They also provided a real time of expected arrival instead of something like a four-hour window taking up your entire day. They arrived a little before the time quoted with two people - one the main handyman and one being trained. They did a prompt and excellent job and the cost was very fair. I almost don't want to tell everyone how good they are because then they'll become too busy, ha! They truly deserve your business.
