It's been almost 3 weeks and I've called repeatedly and received no response. Not even to tell me he didn't want the job. Having just purchased a new home, we jumped into unpacking and also remodeling to make the home…read moremore suitable for us. With that we removed carpets, padding we did a small remodel in the kitchen which added up to some construction materials piled into our garage. I called these folks and discussed pricing and specific details on how much we had for disposal. They told me that when their crew arrived, they would look over what we had and discuss final pricing at that time. Once that was done we had the option of canceling the service or asking them to go ahead and proceed. We had one carpet that was about 16 ft by 30 + ft, they tore it into smaller sections so that it would fit more flatly in the truck. We had three bedrooms worth of carpeting, a hallway and the living room as well. They rolled it up nicely and fit it in the truck making best use of the space. After doing that, they loaded the remodeling debris and some packing boxes etc and did this all within an hour. Their pricing was reasonable. The two guys that were here were nice polite and efficient. I would definitely hire them again as needed.

On site manager, Doug is great. Rest of my experience with this company is terrible. Storing my…read moreclassic car there. My space had a bad roof leak, so they had me move to a large motor home space. Never told me roof was fixed and rented my original space to someone else. They changed my entry code to new space, but neglected to tell me that. So that effectively locked me out. Doug figured out what was wrong. So although they gave me a break on the extra big space, I thought I could put my 2nd classic behind my first one and pay the motor home price. Oh no...Can't have 2 cars in one space even though it's more than big enough. They said I would have to pay double what I am paying. So I said I will be taking my business elsewhere with both my cars. Two weeks later I get an email about reserving my second space??? So I answered email and said they are not interested in customer service or loyalty. Next day Bridgette calls and leaves me a message that she got my email and wants to talk about working things out. So I called her back and after explaining they don't allow 2 cars in one space...but I am grandfathered in large space, but still can't allow 2nd car. She said she could give me a deal on 2nd space...then proceeds to tell me that deal is 10% off 1st month and monthly rate she now quoted was more than the rate we talked about a few weeks ago. SOME DEAL!!! They are losing a long term good customer because they are unable to offer a fair deal for multi use, repeat business customers.

After getting quotes from a few local companies I chose icoNIC. Nic's estimate was very fair and saved me money compared to the others I contacted. He was actually about 45% cheaper than a big-name company with the fancy jingle. Nic did a great job from start to finish. He walked me through his process thoroughly and set clear expectations for the results. After he finished, we went through the entire house together so I could see the work. A few stains that had been there for a while reappeared once the carpets fully dried. Nic came back out promptly, treated them again, and they either lightened significantly or disappeared completely. I will definitely call Nic again for any future carpet cleaning. Highly recommend.

They took great care of my belongings, wrapping it as needed, bagging the mattress and box springs, and cushioning some antique furniture I have.
