On site manager, Doug is great. Rest of my experience with this company is terrible. Storing my classic car there. My space had a bad roof leak, so they had me move to a large motor home space. Never told me roof was fixed and rented my original space to someone else. They changed my entry code to new space, but neglected to tell me that. So that effectively locked me out. Doug figured out what was wrong. So although they gave me a break on the extra big space, I thought I could put my 2nd classic behind my first one and pay the motor home price. Oh no...Can't have 2 cars in one space even though it's more than big enough. They said I would have to pay double what I am paying. So I said I will be taking my business elsewhere with both my cars. Two weeks later I get an email about reserving my second space??? So I answered email and said they are not interested in customer service or loyalty. Next day Bridgette calls and leaves me a message that she got my email and wants to talk about working things out. So I called her back and after explaining they don't allow 2 cars in one space...but I am grandfathered in large space, but still can't allow 2nd car. She said she could give me a deal on 2nd space...then proceeds to tell me that deal is 10% off 1st month and monthly rate she now quoted was more than the rate we talked about a few weeks ago. SOME DEAL!!! They are losing a long term good customer because they are unable to offer a fair deal for multi use, repeat business customers. read more
