Their salesman sure stalked my social media posts in Winnebago forums though! I just wanted to let everyone know how horrible our experience has been. Since they couldn't fix our leaky $32,000 travel trailer that has leaked since the day we brought it home. I had to contact Winnebago to handle it. Only it's still never been handled one year later and now we have a huge water and mold issue. I'm going to contact a lawyer tomorrow to see if it will be covered under the Magnuson-Moss act.

Back in 2017, I purchased one of their 960-DLX blast cabinets, including an upgrade to their commercial 180-DC dust collector, and a number of other smaller accessories. This was quite an investment, thousands of dollars, but the ordering process could not have been smoother. Despite having the blast cabinet arrived damaged (due entirely to the negligence of the freight company, 'Roadrunner Transportation', who drove a forklift into the crate), TP Tools went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they arrange for a speedy replacement, but they also ensured that said replacement was not shipped with the same company (they work with several freight lines). The second cabinet arrived quickly and was flawless (see pics) and since then we have been absolutely thrilled with the unit. The blast cabinet functions flawlessly, especially when paired with the upgraded dust collector I mentioned. It does exactly what it claims to do, and works many times better than the bargain basement equipment we had been using before. Fit and finish on every inch of these things is top notch, with the level of build quality that puts cheap Chinese imports to shame. Once you've owned and operated one, you immediately come to understand the distinction, and that Made in USA is worth the premium over the import garbage that everyone else is peddling. Last but not least, I specifically want to call out my appreciation for Jim at TP Tools, who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and is a true asset to the company. I am first to admit that I am not always an easy customer to deal with, especially when a very expensive product arrives damaged, but Jim always maintained an even keel and a solution focused attitude in every interaction I had with him. His level of professionalism, and ability to resolve the situation so deftly, is the reason I continue to do business with TP tools and why I just made another big purchase in the last few days. I will happily use this company in the future and highly recommend not just their fantastic products but also their outstanding customer service.

He listened to everything i asked, and was very punctual and honest in his answers. I knew I wanted the 2025 GMC Canyon that they had on the lot, and he made it happen. I live 1.5 hours away, so we did most of the paperwork by text, so when I got to the dealership it was all ready to go. I did the test drive, Mark showed me some of the gadgets, and it was time to do the financing. I told Mark that I didn't want the warranties and all the other stuff that other dealers try to make you feel guilty about not buying, and he listened. That is where Justin came in. He listened also. He knew that I wanted to get in and out, so he had the paperwork ready. I did end up getting the extended warranty, but I had looked them up on car shield and a few other sites, and the GMC extended warranty was actually a great value, in my opinion. Anyway, I was in and out of the dealership in a little over on hour. Holy crap!!! That never happens! Great experience! Mark, and Justin, are my guys in the future when the wife needs a new car. My space had a bad roof leak, so they had me move to a large motor home space. Never told me roof was fixed and rented my original space to someone else. They changed my entry code to new space, but neglected to tell me that. So that effectively locked me out. Doug figured out what was wrong. So although they gave me a break on the extra big space, I thought I could put my 2nd classic behind my first one and pay the motor home price. Oh no...Can't have 2 cars in one space even though it's more than big enough. They said I would have to pay double what I am paying. So I said I will be taking my business elsewhere with both my cars. Two weeks later I get an email about reserving my second space??? So I answered email and said they are not interested in customer service or loyalty. Next day Bridgette calls and leaves me a message that she got my email and wants to talk about working things out. So I called her back and after explaining they don't allow 2 cars in one space...but I am grandfathered in large space, but still can't allow 2nd car. She said she could give me a deal on 2nd space...then proceeds to tell me that deal is 10% off 1st month and monthly rate she now quoted was more than the rate we talked about a few weeks ago. SOME DEAL!!! They are losing a long term good customer because they are unable to offer a fair deal for multi use, repeat business customers.
