I had to follow up with him several times after to reschedule with no communication. He had us wait around on Friday until 530 to be told he was not going to make it. He rescheduled to Sunday. Today he shows up to give me advice on how I can level my camper rather than doing the service we booked him for. We would have to wait several more weeks to have the service completed. This is horrible customer service and a waste of time. People time matters but not if you use Joe at Ray's Mobile Service. This has now set me back another couple weeks where I will need to find time to do this myself when I could have done this myself 3 weeks ago. Customers time matters!!!

I was super impressed with our salesman George he was very knowledgeable about all of the trailers he showed us and he did not try to up sell us and show us things past our budget. We did end up buying a trailer here and the office manager Tedd was very nice. We did our walk through with our service member George and he showed us everything we needed to know about the trailer and was the nicest guy. I STRONGLY advise anyone to never buy coachman or maybe just avoid campers inn all together. I have had a problem with it every single time I have camped except 1 time. Broken thermostat, FOUR leaks, then campers inn decided to winterize the camper for me free of charge and then left the lines filled with water to test my leaks Needless to say, all of the lines blew and it cracked the toilet and hot water heater. They did not get me in to fix the problem for weeks and the availability wad horrible. Now this time my living room slideout is broken. Every time I have the camper in to be fixed, it comes back with a new problem. I realize this is also a coachman problem and already spoke with the lead sales rep for coachman apex ultra lite and he said people are willing to pay a ridiculous price even though the quality sucks. Campers inn also did not compensate me in any other fashion for their mistake and lack of customer service. They are a continuous revolving door of employees and every other month you call in to check on the status of the slow maintenance and you talk to a new employee. A complete failure. Don't ever buy a camper from them. The GM did nothing to help accommodate the situation either. Stay away from them.

I have a travel trailer with a seasonal site at a campground. Most people who have these sites…read moreeither don't have the means to tow these trailers to get fixed. If they do, it's a hassle to tow these RV's to one of the few places in the area that fix RV's. A guy like Dave Hall, is invaluable to someone like me. I had a furnace that was only blowing cold air, a leaky roof and a leaky kitchen faucet. Not only was he able to come out to my campground (he's willing to travel in a 200 mile radius), but he fixed everything that day for only $235!!!!! If I had taken my camper to a garage, they would've charged at least $115 an hour in labor and even more for parts. I'm sure my bill with them would been double or triple what I paid Dave. Dave also couldn't have been nicer or more friendly to talk to. You could tell he really enjoyed camping and people who own RV's. As if he isn't valuable enough, Dave told me that he does home repairs as well. I'll revise my review of his services after I set up my appointment to have him fix some stuff around my house.

Greg was not familiar with it, and several calls to my van outfitter were not returned. Greg was tenacious in his research and attentive to my descriptions and concurrent research. It took until after-hours, but I have lovely heat and hot water again. Greg said, "Give me enough time and I can fix anything." TRUE STORY!
