Since they couldn't fix our leaky $32,000 travel trailer that has leaked since the day we brought it home. I had to contact Winnebago to handle it. Only it's still never been handled one year later and now we have a huge water and mold issue. I'm going to contact a lawyer tomorrow to see if it will be covered under the Magnuson-Moss act.

After calling around town, Ian at Butler Service Center let me know they could look at it the next day and even walked me through where to do an overnight drop-off for my vehicle. I dropped my car off after hours and got a diagnosis by 10:30 the next morning- confirming the alternator issues - and stated the repairs would be completed by end of day, and for $400. I'd been expecting $1,000 with labor in this economy, so I was over the moon. When I'd dropped my car off, I noticed they do inspections so I asked if I could send a copy of my insurance for them to inspect, they said of course, and had my new inspection sticker ready on my repaired car at pickup by 1:30. Ian received us at pickup and told us a bit about his background, nearly three decades of experience and knowledge and very personable. He even identified slight wear on one of our tires and rotated them on the house. This entire process was sensationally smooth and surprisingly stellar. Not sure if I got the New Customer Special or what, but my experience with them could not have gone better.

On April 2, 2024 contacted store about a piece of the seal on the slide falling out and a loose pocket in bunks. Didn't get a reply until April 2024 after I contacted them 2 more times. In August 2025 contacted them about water dripping out several places, was told probably pressure at campsite. Sent videos and pictures in November of 2025, same issue. We purchased extra warranty and scheduled a drop off time in fall 2025. They were to fix the seal on slide out, water leak, and secure pocket in bunk. In April 2026 we picked up camper, was told, by Bob, everything was fixed but they didn't have time to go over the unit with us because it was too busy due to sales. Claimed to have removed shower enclosure to fix leak and i'm sure they collected payment from the warranty company. A month later we go camping and have same water leak and the seal in slide is still falling out. We also have 3 dents in rear of unit and a broken bolt in the tongue winder. Talked with another dealership who indicated someone used an impact on the manual wind so bolt broke. Funny because we were told they GAVE us a new battery, no wonder! The leak was a screw through the water line that was easily fixed elsewhere. Contacted Apollo office about the dents, broken bolt, and leak in May 2026. No response. Contacted Bath office to report this, who did call me. I asked several questions about possible water damage showing up in the future, who would be responsible etc. What about dent?. I did get a call back who told me they would report to Regional director. This was June 2026. NOT ONE REPLY. Lesson learned. Please do not trust this dealership, it's all about making the sale. If my floor rots because they completely lied to me, I guess it's on me?? Dents are small but ugly. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY!

I had to follow up with him several times after to reschedule with no communication. He had us wait around on Friday until 530 to be told he was not going to make it. He rescheduled to Sunday. Today he shows up to give me advice on how I can level my camper rather than doing the service we booked him for. We would have to wait several more weeks to have the service completed. This is horrible customer service and a waste of time. People time matters but not if you use Joe at Ray's Mobile Service. This has now set me back another couple weeks where I will need to find time to do this myself when I could have done this myself 3 weeks ago. Customers time matters!!!
