This company is a 6-star organization. The true measure of a dealer is whether they really deliver on their promises. Where will they be when things go sour? As customers, we expect dealers to; "Say what you Do and Do what you say." We've done all the research, listened to the sales pitch, believe all the manufacturer's propaganda, plunk down a sizable sum of money for our RVs then depend upon our dealers to deliver on a manufacturer's promises. This summer, with high hopes, we lit out on an interstate adventure with our B&R-purchased trailer. After only a short time with our new RV, we discovered a very serious structural flaw. We reported it to B&R who immediately took over, inspected it for root cause, researched warranty terms, apologized for the trouble then contacted the manufacturer who shipped it back to the factory and made all the necessary repairs. The repairs were not trivial nor cheap. I'm sure the factory squawked a bit trying to wiggle out of their responsibilities but B&R did not blink. B&R did what they said they would do. Our RV was fixed at no cost and returned to us 2 weeks later in as-new condition. In our greedy, bottom-line focused, impersonal, disingenuous commercial world, with customer service performance only an afterthought, our experience, I'm sure, is the envy of many. Do not hesitate to buy from these guys. They will listen to reasonable offers then provide all the customer support you could ask for. They will say what they do, then do what they say. Happy trails ! read more
