Dealer lied about condition of RV. Dishonest people, lie to your face to sell. Please avoid this dealer at all costs. They are worse than dealing with camping world. The RV we bought went through its first rainstorm and was leaking like an open faucet. Dealer was supposed to fix the roof. NOT Dish on top of RV was leaking like crazy. We walked into the RV and it was like Niagara falls. Please don't get screwed like we did. read more

Our black tank valve kept popping yhe circuit breaker. They said they fixed it. Its still popping the breaker, just another issue with this service dept. Dont buy anything from them if you expect good service! read more

Service is terrible. Dont return phone calls. Says they order parts never follows up and never orders the parts. Wont deal with again.

We brought a 2021 Coast Clipper . We have had nothing put trouble. First the grill on the outside quit working. it took 4 months to get it replaced, Then we notice we had mouse coming in through the bathroom. We just replaced the toilet and find out that the hole that was in the floor at the base of the toilet was to big and that is where the mouse were coming in. We caught 10 mouse between last summer and yesterday. We did call Meyer in Apollo and the response we got from the manager NO trade in . Sorry to hear that and then never a return call. They got the sale and Mary got her commission. If you buy a trailer please check every thing, screws in microware, strip screw in closet. Nails in floors . read more

Purchased our camper through them at the RV show. Everything went smoothly sales person was great, GM was great. They answered all our questions, gave us a pretty good deal and we were happy in fact I would have given 5 stars that day and the day we actually picked up the camper. Fast forward 4 months later husband finally gets a chance to tow the camper down the highway and finds that over 50mph the camper is swaying pretty badly. We need a sway bar installed. He calls Meyers to schedule a Saturday appointment. They are not open during the week for service at a time when he can get it there. We can't just take it and leave it because they need the car there too. 3 people told us the day we bought it that they offered Saturday service hours. The paperwork I received welcoming me to the "Meyers Family" says they offer 9-5 Saturday Service hours. The woman on the phone however says they only do new camper prep on Saturday and she can't get us in until October. This is a SAFETY Issue we cannot tow our camper safely any great distance without this being installed. So basically I've just bought a $26,000.00 lawn ornament. Husband asked to speak to the GM and was told he was out of the office but she would pass his information on to him and he'd call back the next day. Surprise Surprise No Call. Husband calls back woman gets rude and everyone he asked to speak to she told him they were out of the office. I found the GM's email online and emailed him almost a week ago and another surprise I have never heard from him. We went to their competitor down the road and got a good deal on what we need and their guy is working on getting us in on a Saturday to have the work done. This my friends is called good customer service. Especially since we didn't buy the camper there. My advice do NOT buy a camper from here unless you want grief and to be treated like crap if you ever need service work done. read more

I'm hopeful Schreck RV will change our minds when we come to pick up our camper next week, because right now I'm a borderline unhappy customer. We purchased a new RV in January 2019 at the Pittsburgh RV show and we were told it should be ready by the end of February/beginning of March. Our $500 deposit was cashed almost immediately, so I knew it had been ordered. When March came and went and we didn't hear a peep, my husband called to see what the status was. Nobody seemed to know, other than the manufacturer said it left their facility and should be on the way to the dealer. I get that the dealer doesn't have control over the manufacturer and the timeline is out of the dealer's hands, but a phone call or a check in would have been appreciated at some point along the way. A couple of days later, Schreck calls to say the camper is in and to schedule a pick-up. Progress. Because Schreck will mount the TV free of charge, my husband calls earlier this week to ensure that Schreck will be open on Friday and to ask if it's OK if he brings the TVs out. Granted, it's an hour and a half drive one way to drop off a TV, but we'll do it and play nice. My daughter is also excited because she'll get to finally see the camper we picked out. Flash forward to today. My husband and daughter drive the TV an hour and a half on a holiday in the rain. Not only could they not see the camper because it was prepped and off site in storage, he says our salesman was "barely friendly" when they spoke. Schreck RV, this is unacceptable. We are first time customers, and this is our first RV ever. I'm not asking for the world here. I'm only asking for friendly service and to feel like a valued customer. This is why we patronize smaller home town shops. I hope to update this to a more positive review after we pick up our RV on Friday. Edited to add: The owner has spoken to my husband. I remain hopeful that this will turn into a positive review next week when we return to the dealership to pick up our RV. read more

Wow do not buy here we spent around 30 grand after all said and done well needless to say the old lady was super mean and rude to us also had to take the trailer back for issues only after 2 weeks wall paper coming off the walls light switches coming out of the wall and slid out ripped the carpet but I was told that's all normal that's how they come from the manufacture ummm no!!!! I was lied to my face several times and and when I went to pick up my camper there was blood all over he door and mud all through my new trailer I called the owner and he literally screamed at me and cussed me out I will never recommend this place and and please take my advice and shop around cause once you buy here that's it they got your money and your stuck read more

I did not stop at this place first but I should have. First I went to a larger competitor near this place where the disinterested attitude of sales staff absolutely turned me OFF so I walked away. On way home I stopped at Meyers. Met a salesman by the name of "Rick". This guy knows his business AND took the time to explain things and listen to my questions. I purchased an RV on the spot. What a fantastic group of employees at Meyers RV. I met sales, service and business staff that day. Totally impressed. I did NOT get paid or get any credit for this review. Give Meyers RV a shot. We bought a 5th wheel at the RV show last year from them. The buying process was nice and painless. But after you sign your name, the customer service is terrible. We have some warranty issues with our camper since May, the dealership has yet to help us. They kept saying they will get back to us and never do. Now they don't even answer the phone calls. It should not 8 months for someone to help with this. We were treated so nice in the beginning. Very sad that they only care about the sale and not keeping the customer. read more

Excellent purchase experience at Schreck, great staff. We got the best deal on our trade in here plus a great price on our new 2020 Kodiak Cub. On our first trip in the new camper, our hot water heater unfortunately quit. I was not a happy camper. I dropped the camper off after hours on Sunday, they took it in first thing Monday, found a bad thermocouple and fixed it before lunchtime. It's good to know that if something does go wrong they are there for support after the sale and that is very hard to find nowadays. It's not their fault the thermocouple failed, but it is their responsibility to take care of it and they take that seriously. No hassles, no trouble whatsoever.
