You would think that someone who runs a company for cleaning carpets and ducts would keep his own floors clean. Think again! Filthier carpets I have never seen. He and his family essentially trashed the house, leaving me with thousands of dollars in damages and unpaid bills. Is this really a person you'd want to do business with? There are plenty of good cleaning companies in the Pittsburgh area; look elsewhere.

I was able to get an estimate and schedule the job all via Yelp messenger which was super convenient. The day of the appointment, two men came to our house wearing masks (pandemic times!) and booties. One got things set up while the other reviewing the paperwork and pricing with me. It took them about 1.5 hrs to do both jobs. I was very happy with the service, time it took to complete and the pricing. I would recommend them!

Jeff arrived promptly at noon with an assistant and wasted no time in setting up his equipment. He went into some of the rooms and pre-treated where the carpet was most dirty. I had emptied the rooms of furniture to make it easier for him. Why did I do that? Because that's what I do. In less than an hour he came up to me and asked me to check out each room that he had done. At each room, I was actually amazed at how great the carpet looked and even things like "clean"shadows under throw rugs on top of rugs disappeared into clean carpet. I will definitely be making this a semi annual project especially because it took no time at all and the price was very reasonable. Thanks, Jeff.

I had actually given him 4 stars because of the quality of the work, deducting one because of the hose length situation. I don't know on which planet a 4 star review is a bad one, but yeah. He was *really* upset, claiming that nothing I had said about the hose situation ever happened because the bulk of his business was actually apartment buildings and hotels, so *of course* he had had plenty of hose. He denied asking to go through a window - and among a couple of other strange claims, he actually tried to tell me that *I* had told him to stop cleaning my hallway halfway back! Seriously?? We went back and forth, and the upshot was I asked him to come back. I was disappointed that his first available appointment wasn't for a week or so, and then he said h

I would definitely recommend Joe and his company to anyone who wants a no-hassle carpet cleaning done with super efficiency and professionalism!
