Safelite completely covered the cost of the dash repair and was very apologetic about it. The guys at Michaels Auto Trim can do it all from restitching, repairing and reupholstering leather and vinyl seats, dashes and trim to repairing convertible tops as well! They are quick and very professional! They had my dash like new in a couple of hours! My only complain is that they aren't open on Saturdays. Only Monday through Friday. I'm a customer for life!

When…read moreaiding a family member who had run out of gas, a kid that lives at my house ( my son lol) placed an unsecured and open gas can(spout was still attached if that counts) in my trunk. Once on the road, the gas spilled and plenty of it. Most of it splashed on the back of the third row seating (which was folded down at the time) and trunk area, rendering my car un-drivable without fully open windows. None of the internet solutions worked. The local car dealership detail shop was also unable to remove the strong smell. Michael's Auto Trim, undaunted by the fact that others could not remove the odor, took on the challenge. They, not only, took the seats out, they removed all of the upholstery from the foam, scrubbed everything clean, ran an ozone machine and put everything back together including replacing the upholstery on the third row back seats. They were professional, thorough, and communicated with me every step of the way. I couldn't be any happier with the expert service and workmanship performed on my car. Thank you!

I didn't physically have the strength to close it once opened. Despite posting about their guarantee, the staff refused to do anything to even try to rectify the situation. They were rude and condescending Looked at me and spoke to me as if I was a complete idiot. They insisted it was completely normal for the top to be so stiff and tight it couldn't be closed. Basically, I was just laughed off and ended up with the top frame bent, the latches broken, and an undrivable convertible. Like I said, the leather interior is beautiful. But I STRONGLY recommend you keep your convertible as far from them as possible. NOT a good experience.
