They are quick and very professional! They had my dash like new in a couple of hours! My only complain is that they aren't open on Saturdays. Only Monday through Friday. I'm a customer for life!

He dropped the vehicle off in the morning. The owner said that his employees had called off work, so the cleaning of our vehicle would be done around mid-day. The possible packages were Exterior Only, Interior Only, Gold Standard, Executive, and Show Room. Prior to the drop-off, the SUV had fairly clean seats but a dirty dashboard, mats, etc. My husband thinks that he ordered the Executive package for roughly $300. The exterior was hand-washed and dried, and the interior was vacuumed and either wiped down or shampooed. The vehicle was ready for pickup on time. My husband told me that the vehicle now "looks great." I agree that the vehicle looks very clean.

I didn't physically have the strength to close it once opened. Despite posting about their guarantee, the staff refused to do anything to even try to rectify the situation. They were rude and condescending Looked at me and spoke to me as if I was a complete idiot. They insisted it was completely normal for the top to be so stiff and tight it couldn't be closed. Basically, I was just laughed off and ended up with the top frame bent, the latches broken, and an undrivable convertible. Like I said, the leather interior is beautiful. But I STRONGLY recommend you keep your convertible as far from them as possible. NOT a good experience.

They rushed the work the second week, and scratched my roof in a few places and told me it was like that. Angie stated they Did the scratch, she saw it somehow in a picture they took?? They fixed it. The one in the middle of the roof was not repaired. I found paint smudge prints and dust on my back door panel, and dust in the interior door panels as well. They Armor All the tires, and had it all over the freshly painted wheel wells! They did a nice job on the rust, but that was it! Absolutely no communication the first week they had my car. I had to call to get a update on Friday... I asked for them to buff my car, $225, they did not even do the whole car, so I feel I should have been reimbursed some, but they did not. So this is why I am giving a 2 star review. For spending $2075 for work they provided, I think they should have treated me and my car more professional than they did!
