I have a 2016 BMW that had a sunroof cover that was falling apart, originally I got a quote from the dealership to get the job done. They said that the whole headliner was supposed to come out and the total bill would have been around $2500 FOR A SUNROOF COVER!! What ridiculous! There isn't an issue or project too big or small that Marcus and his team can't handle. Trust me, they will not let you down! I recently purchased a brand-new truck I had waited so long for and loved everything about it--except the driver's seat. No matter what I tried (foam cushions, different seating positions, etc.), I was still sore after just 20 minutes of driving. After almost throwing in the towel and considering trading it in (which would've cost me $7,000 in depreciation), I called Marcus. Marcus immediately listened to my concerns, asked all the right questions, and asked me to send pictures of the seat. Within minutes, he had a plan to fix the issue! We scheduled the appointment, and Marcus personally took the time to ensure the job was done right. Within minutes of pulling in the parking space to dropping off the vehicle, he was right on it, from carefully measuring and working on the seat, while explaining how he would perform the work. When I picked up my truck later that day, I couldn't believe how perfect it turned out. The seat looked like it came straight from the factory, perfectly matching the rest of the truck's interior. I dropped off 1 boat seat to be done. I was told that it would be done in a week, so I went there in a week and dropped off a 2nd seat. He said they would be done in a couple weeks. After 6 weeks, I called to see what the progress was. He said that he hadn't even started it yet and I wanted to remind him about doing the diamond stitching and he said he didn't remember that. Then he went on to say, "f**k it, not doing it come pick them up," and hung up. We then had to scramble to find another upholstery place. We finally found someone else who was nothing but nice and will have our seats done in 2 weeks. I don't know what kind of business this is, but it is not good customer service. I would never give him my business again or refer anybody to him. I wouldn't even let them make a collar for my dog. read more
