I was sure to be upfront about this because I know how hard it is to get the light hair out of the black interior. I requested a full interior detailed cleaning and a simple exterior wash. Other shops have always left some wax residue which really showed up on such a dark vehicle but at Diamondmill there was no residue and the it was so shiny and smooth when they were done. They even got some of the minor scratching to disappear. They have indoor facilities so they are not trying to apply wax to a hot car finish out in the sun. There is really nothing that they could have done to make look any better. I was very pleased and will never wax it myself again.

I brought my VW Tiguan in for detailing and afterward found noticeable spotting and greasy marks on the VW TEX seats, along with a white film or residue on the lug nut caps. These issues were not present before the service. When I raised my concerns, the response involved repeated back-and-forth, comments that this had never happened before, and suggestions that the spotting could have been caused by my dog's slobber. I felt responsibility was shifted onto me rather than the issues being taken seriously. I was also repeatedly told that the seats had been treated with leather cleaner/conditioner. Since VW TEX is not traditional leather, I became concerned about whether the product was appropriate, especially because it transferred onto anything placed on the seats. The seats are mostly back to normal, but I still have to scrub the lug nut caps to remove the residue. My request to have them restored to their original condition was ignored. Mistakes can happen, but accountability and a reasonable effort to resolve them matter. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I would not return.
