They broke 2 of my dining/kitchen tables, computer desk and a lamp. I gave them bags, blankets to cover items which I found on the truck in original package, not used. the house I has just sold, they took off hinges/doors with my tools that they left all over, didn't bother to put doors back on. My wood furniture is nicked and scrapped-not replaceable. the one drawer to dresser won't even go in because it was too heavy for them to carry so they took drawers out and carried. They didn't bring dollies or tools with them as they stated U-haul doesn't allow them which is a lie. Funny the other company with moving help/U-haul that couldn't meet my dates were insured, told me not to worry they would wrap my furniture, etc but not bigtime movers. they said no, we just show up and late at it too Be aware, do your research, reviews don't always show the not so good ones. and go with a company that is insured.

When they arrived at my house. I asked them about the shrink wrap. They said they didn't have any. They didn't wrap anything. I had to pull comforters and stuff out of my containers to put on top of wood because they were just putting wood on top of wood. That's what caused all the scratching. Some items were just thrown in the unit on top of each other. When I called the company to see if they were willing to replace the broken chair I told them they can even take this one. Just replace it with the a new one. I got one response from them and then they said they would call and they never called. The reason I hired them was because I am originally from Youngstown and I support all Youngstown companies businesses anything. But I am extremely disappointed in this. If you own a company, you should step up to the plate and replace broken items or at least contact a person back. If you're licensed and insured it would have been covered. Anyways, all I'm saying is if you want to be an owner step up to the plate and man up in contact the people that are trying to support you in your business.

Worst moving experience I have ever had. The movers were late. When they finally arrived one…read moresmelled like he had just smoked weed. That gives me a great feeling of confidence! Not! They had no moving equipment. I provided blankets I rented at U-Haul, and I provided more. And I also provided a hand truck. I had to rent one as well because mine did not have straps and I was moving a refrigerator. They came with nothing. They did not want to use the hand trucks. The first thing they went to move was the refrig and they didn't want to use the hand truck! They dropped it and realized they better use it. My friend and I were helping as they didn't seem to know what they were doing. They didn't want to use the blankets. I had to hand them the blankets to use. Then he opened the blanket and made the padding even thinner. I could not watch as they loaded the truck because they would not put the delicate things on top of the stack. Instead, they put everything side-by-side which created more damage. When they unloaded and left I was shocked at the bed rails being scrapped, my personally refinished cedar chest was gouged on top and we had a conversation about how many times I had to redo that chest to get the finish right. They covered their damage by putting a box on top so I would not see it right away. Other furniture that I refinished was gouged and paint scratched off. Even new tv stand had scratches. My aunt's large armoir was broke off in back. That's all NEW damage. Then, I go to find my red hand truck and find it's gone! They stole it! My friend and I were arranging furniture inside when they were finishing up Outside. Manager would not do anything about this. You would think he would have insurance that could cover at least some of the damages. But no response on that.
