STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are the most unprofessional movers you will ever come…read moreacross. You talk to 1 person and no one else has any idea what you said. They showed up with wrong work orders, Then the day of the move, they brought the wrong sized axles and claimed we didnt know what year our mobile home was cause their axles should have fit our year. They didnt even measure. So it did not get moved that day. They promised it would be moved the next day, well instead i got a phone call stating that they would not be moving it again and it would be "OK". I told them that we had contractors coming and that it wouldnt be "OK" to which they promptly hung up on me. Every quote they give constantly goes up and you lose services. I started in the $1400 range with everything done and ended up at $1643 without the trailer being tied down. To this day I am still waiting on them to move my mobile home. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. Go with a different mover.

When they arrived at my house. I asked them about the shrink wrap. They said they didn't have any. They didn't wrap anything. I had to pull comforters and stuff out of my containers to put on top of wood because they were just putting wood on top of wood. That's what caused all the scratching. Some items were just thrown in the unit on top of each other. When I called the company to see if they were willing to replace the broken chair I told them they can even take this one. The reason I hired them was because I am originally from Youngstown and I support all Youngstown companies businesses anything. But I am extremely disappointed in this. If you own a company, you should step up to the plate and replace broken items or at least contact a person back. If you're licensed and insured it would have been covered. Anyways, all I'm saying is if you want to be an owner step up to the plate and man up in contact the people that are trying to support you in your business.
