The movers in Columbus turned out to be a nightmare, but 'Them Movers' in Cleveland were fantastic. The movers called the morning of the move to let us know that they could arrive 30 mins earlier if we were ready, which we weren't due to our scheduled time to pick up the truck. They said "no problem" and found something else to do until we got back. When the 2 gentlemen arrived (we initially booked 3) they let us know that the 3rd employee had called off, but in case they went over the 3 hours we booked, we would not be charged extra. After inspecting the moving load they let us know that they'd be able to handle it all in sooner than the 3 hours, so I was able to call the owner and he agreed that I should go ahead and change the job on the moving website to a 2 man job since they wouldn't be going over the 3 hours. I appreciated that they cared about saving me money, and everyone was very apologetic about the inconvenience. The 2 movers did a great job and they were done in just over 2 hours. The guys were really friendly in chatting with us as they worked, and they were very careful with getting everything packed up safely and efficiently. I was extremely satisfied with the job that they did, ancompany!d would definitely recommend this moving company to anyone in the Northeast Ohio area. I only wish I'd heard of them before so I could have used them in previous moves. Everyone in the company (movers, receptionist, owner) were all friendly and professional, and the price was very fair and affordable. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent moving

Worst moving experience I have ever had. The movers were late. When they finally arrived one…read moresmelled like he had just smoked weed. That gives me a great feeling of confidence! Not! They had no moving equipment. I provided blankets I rented at U-Haul, and I provided more. And I also provided a hand truck. I had to rent one as well because mine did not have straps and I was moving a refrigerator. They came with nothing. They did not want to use the hand trucks. The first thing they went to move was the refrig and they didn't want to use the hand truck! They dropped it and realized they better use it. My friend and I were helping as they didn't seem to know what they were doing. They didn't want to use the blankets. I had to hand them the blankets to use. Then he opened the blanket and made the padding even thinner. I could not watch as they loaded the truck because they would not put the delicate things on top of the stack. Instead, they put everything side-by-side which created more damage. When they unloaded and left I was shocked at the bed rails being scrapped, my personally refinished cedar chest was gouged on top and we had a conversation about how many times I had to redo that chest to get the finish right. They covered their damage by putting a box on top so I would not see it right away. Other furniture that I refinished was gouged and paint scratched off. Even new tv stand had scratches. My aunt's large armoir was broke off in back. That's all NEW damage. Then, I go to find my red hand truck and find it's gone! They stole it! My friend and I were arranging furniture inside when they were finishing up Outside. Manager would not do anything about this. You would think he would have insurance that could cover at least some of the damages. But no response on that.
