This was a cute little local spot. I'm not sure about the recent bad reviews, my son & I each had a burger and both were really good! The cashier / server was polite. There is outdoor seating for when the weather is nice. I even liked the music! My only compliant was that the price of coffee / hot chocolate was high for a small cup that tasted meh. Oh, and we got a slice of dessert to go and it was so good! All desserts are made on site!

We ordered from here this morning at like 7am, I believe they open at around 6am for the early birds out there. We work nights and remain on a nocturnal schedule on off days. We had actually already eaten dinner today but we were both craving something bready and cheesy and fortunately, Stop Cafe delivers. Now, we had already eaten so we weren't looking for an entire feast, just a little somethin'-somethin'. Pizza fit the bill for bready and cheesy. They have many pizzas from which to choose but you can also "build your own". I chose a small cheese (normally I would get a large). You can even select a CRUST and I went with the oregano and sesame seed. As would be expected, there are numerous toppings offered including cheese, I wanted to keep things light and asked for only garlic with the standard mozzarella. Finally, you must select something for sauce and being the saucy bitch that I am, I opted for "extra". Perusing through the menu to ensure I wasn't missing anything ground-breaking, I noticed they have a menu section called "traditional". "Stop Cafe" doesn't give away the origin of the dishes or the owners so that remained a mystery for the time-being. I saw "flia" which stated that it included tomatoes and feta. I decided to add an order of that for kicks and giggles. They also have borek, both spinach and a meat version and thankfully I am very familiar with the deliciousness that heaven. I threw an order of that on. I was interested in something sweet but couldn't commit to an entire tres leches cake or other heavy dessert. "Stop cake" was listed and was only 0.99. I ordered that literally solely for the purpose of finding out what on earth stop cake is. Other reviews here make it seem like this place is Albanian, which fits. It's actually a little bit savage because I had a trip to Albania planned in April which obviously had to be cancelled due to covid but enough about me. Flia, according to google, is an Albanian dish that consists of multiple crepe-like layers brushed with cream. Needless to say, it's delicious and was a great order. Give this a try if you're adventurous. The borek was amazing. It's thin and crisp layers intertwined with spinach and feta. You can't ever go wrong with borek. The borek from this particular place is HUGE. The pizza was cold when it arrived, which was disappointing, but pepped up nicely after about 10 min the oven. The sesame crust was delicious and a nice spin on the standard pizza crust. The sauce was DELICIOUS. There were 2 kinds of cheese on there, one of them was a bit reminiscent of the weird cheese on some frozen pizza, do you now what I mean? I have no idea if it's real cheese or not but it's not real mozzarella. There were also globs of cheese that were mozzarella and delicious. Overall, this pizza was quite good and I would definitely order from here again when the pizza craving hits. Finally, what you're all waiting for, the stop cake. Ok so stop cake is the size of a munchkin and is literally a munchkin covered in shaved coconut with some crispy-like things inside. It's good! You definitely need to order more than one tho... This is a really cute little place with some good and unusual food

amazing! cheap prices, high quality food. I have a pretty sensitive stomach and the food here did not make me sick lol. Kind servers, and a pleasant interior vibe as well, I definitely recommend this place!

what a great place to stop by for some pizza to satisfy your cravings!!! i haven't tried any of their other things yet like their sandwiches or breakfast stuff but i definitely want to (which is why i had such a hard time deciding). I got their margherita pizza which was absolutely delicious, it came out pretty fast while we were waiting there. The cheese was perfectly melted to the point where you get the satisfying cheese pulls (if you know i mean), the sauce was so good, the thin-ness of the slice and the size was perfect for one person! It wasn't too much where you couldn't finish it, it was the perfect amount enough to keep you in a good type of full. Loved the pizza here!!

Small cafe, good coffee. I had the coconut macchiato and the owner (?) offered to color it for me. With my boyfriend's latte, he made us coffee art of hearts and a cat. It's such a cute touch and after a horrible weekend, it was the best part of my day. I highly recommend my drink because it was strong, flavorful, not too bitter yet not too sweet. I also had the Greek salad. A bit pricey but it was really refreshing. The man was really kind and if I lived in Worcester/Boston, I'd come back here again.

Chef salad... olive at the top.

Don't go here if you have allergies. I'm SUPER allergic to olives. I told them this.. Instead of making me a fresh salad, they gave me one that looked completely torn apart, like they had just taken a few out and made a mess in the process. IT EVEN STILL HAD OLIVES!!! Thank God I saw one before eating it or I would've been in serious trouble and they would've been sued. Take this review as a lesson to be learned Stop Cafe... Had to throw out the whole meal. If something touches a food people are allergic to, IT IS STILL CONTAMINATED! So disappointed because I loved their coffee and smoothies... the two stars are for the good drinks but I'm not sure I'll trust them again.

    Potato Skins

recently tried this spot after seeing it for so long. it has a really good vibe to it, and there is a lot of variety in their menu. the staff were kind and there was nice music playing. that said, i was pretty disappointed with the potato skins. it was supposed to be broccoli cheese - ended up just being mozzarella with a piece of broccoli tossed on top. the pizza and coffee was really good otherwise

I came across this place on Instagram and after seeing the pictures I had been dying to try it. I came on a Saturday morning with my sister and nieces, I got a bagel and hot latte, both sooo good! I had a sip of her regular brewed coffee and that was good too! It's adorable inside! Great place to come with a friend or bring your computer and get some work done! It was so good that I went back the next day and got a coffee to go, looking forward to my next visit!!

I love it here! The Worcester area is becoming a sea of local coffee shops, and it's awesome to get away from the chains and sit down and relax. STOP Cafe is my favorite of them. It's located it a little bit of a rough part of Park Ave. On the outside, it's fairly ordinary. But step inside and it's cute and hipster in one. It's modern, yet relaxing. The brothers who own it are great. The coffee is always good, whether the regular coffee, an iced latte, or a tiramisu frozen treat. The price is right and the atmosphere is better. My husband is a student, and student discounts apply. Definitely recommend you try out the best coffee shop in Worcester yet.

They are known for their Philly cheesesteak and I can see why. The sandwich was stuffed with the meat and cheese, it tasted amazing. The bread was crisp with sesame seeds on top that added a great taste. Although I do prefer mine with peppers and onions so I missed that aspect. The second sandwich was the Mac N Cheese Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Bacon, Mozz Sticks, Marinara Sauce ON Garlic Bread. There was A LOT going on with this sandwich, so many flavors but the bacon stood out the most. Garlic bread was a really good touch to have as the bread. Definitely a unique sandwich to try once, but not one to get all the time. Overall we waited over an hour (which was expected) and I'd say it was worth it, can't wait to come back and try more.

One night the hubby and I had ran to Blackstone shops for something & I was like Ooh lets run to Frankies and grab a pizza, I had been craving good pizza so we headed over. MISTAKE #1... It was like 7pm on a Saturday (I know rookie mistake)... Walk in and there are 395797 people there (should have been my first sign). Hubby and I are like, we arent even going to spend too much time on questions as we normally would at a new place (asking for suggestions, what to try, what not to try - things like that) So we thought, split a steak & cheese & get a pizza... Until she tells me a pizza will be 3 hours, WTF... and then she explained to me on a weekend night you need to order ahead but that we could have the sub in less than 15, So we got 2 Steak & Cheeses and a salad... Cooper Cheese, never had it & Im the girl who literally drives to Philly on a random Friday night to get a Cheesesteak so what is this Cooper Cheese thing because it should be Whiz, LOL - Its the only way. We then decide to drive home (Providence, Mistake #2)... Sub wasnt as hot as it should be so I think Meh, but the flavor was different (Cooper cheese might be something I need to start trying more often), Bread was friggin insane good, I just think it would have been much better warmer, Will stop in again and get a pizza and then eat in the car, LOL... Im sure that will improve the score, seriously!

We finally stopped in during a recent trip visiting some friends. They have a pretty extensive drink menu which I appreciate. I ordered the monky business and I have to admit, I was disappointed in it. It just wasn't that enjoyable. Don't think I didn't wash down every single last drop in there. It certainly got the job done in the intoxicating department. The service was great and the food was wonderful. To start, we ordered the arancini which were delicious. Crispy exterior and creamy interior with a nice savory bite. We ordered the due modi pizza with sliced potato, cape cod potato chips, mozzarella, provolone, scallion, garlic oil. This was DELICIOUS. I love the local flare with the cape cod chips however I don't recall there being any actual chips on that pizza. Maybe the cocktail and subsequent beers I consumed got to me. A friend ordered the vegano which was also really really good. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely return
