Palace Pizza has the best pizza and subs in the city. Ive been going here for years. Will, the owner, is always happy to see you, and treats everyone like an old friend. The portions are generous and the quality is great. I often drive across the city for his pizza. read more

Holy surprise their Caesar Salad bacon wrap is amazing! My son in law bought me a sandwich while my wife was in the hospital and I didn't get a chance to eat until later that night and was amazed by the flavors, I had to open and investigate what was in the wrap. All I could do that moment was savor the flavors and mum " Oh My Goodness, Oh My Goodness" truly a grand experience! read more

Food is awesome! Best chicken Caesar dressing I've ever had. The southwest salad is to die for too. They give you a huge amount of grilled chicken on your salad. It's coated with seasonings that make it so delicious. I highly recommend this place. Soooo good. read more

Great food! Great service! Never going to another pizza spot again!!! Brought my autistic son for a slice he loved it! read more

I hate to leave bad reviews. Although I have never set foot in Palace, my girlfriend and I are under the weather today and opted to order food in. Having never tried them we decided it would be a good time. Order was a large hamburger mushroom fresh mozzarella pizza. A large cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks. The sticks were well done. Great flavor and not overcooked. The cheeseburger had no flavor. The meat was absolutely flavorless. The pizza was the same. My best guess is canned sauce, frozen dough. I don't believe I have ever had a pizza with so little flavor. Perhaps it's a preference thing, but I have eaten many pizzas all over the country. I'm sorry to say that I won't return for a 2nd chance on this one. read more

Their twist on a Hawaiian pizza with Bacon is amazing! Lots of options and unique pizzas read more

Palace Pizza - Kicking aloha pizza. Buffalo chicken, pineapple, ham and bacon. - Pizza Near Me - Worcester, Massachusetts

Pizza is ok, there was literally no sauce on it. I'm sure it's a common complaint because they have a sign "Extra Sauce $1" The chicken fingers were good, the pizza would be so much better if it had sauce on it. There was tons of cheese and hamburger but it was missing the...Sauce! Where is the sauce??? read more

I grew up ... Well, I never really grew up ... Let's just say I came of age ... in CT and went to college at WPI . I grew to love good, greasy eggplant parmesan grinders. I've been back numerous times and have been challenged to find one as good as the ones from my misspent youth. Well the search has finally ended. Palace Pizza's eggplant parmesan grinders are as good as they get. The breading of the eggplant is perfectly fried and crispy, the quantity of eggplant is substantial, the tomato sauce is delectable, the cheese is wonderful, and the bread is soft and delicious. Oh, and the service - A Good Man making great food (my wife had a meatless sub she really enjoyed too). read more

Look at that! Great pizza at a great price! Fantastic food, great menu selection. Some fun unique pies. All it needs is a Coney Island pizza with hot dog pieces, onions, mustard and a spicy meat sauce. Maybe with a sprinkling of beans to make it a Saturday Night Dinner pizza! read more

This place is definitely worth giving a try. The service is friendly and fast. The pizza is unbelievable.

Omg! Best pizza around! So delicious and the staff are always so nice! The desserts are delicious as well!!!!

As a NJ/ NY resident this is one of the best pizzerias i've ever had. grabbed this on my way back from boston with a few friends, we all agreed this is some of the best pizza we've had. amazing crust, great cheese, the guy behind the counter was super fun to talk to. We destroyed the pizza in 10 minutes flat. read more

I ordered a large hamburg pizza and a grilled chicken grinder. The pizza was basically a cheese pizza, there was hardly any hamburger on it. The "grilled chicken" looked like cat food. It was shredded chicken, like a warm chicken salad. I was very disappointed. read more

I was in town for work as a soccer scout and popped into this pizza place to grab a quick bite. The owner treated me great, recommending my BBQ chicken pizza, which was delicious. He gave me a whoopie pie while I waited for my food. Will definitely return the next time I'm in town. Thanks! read more

Honestly my favorite "pizza shop" pizza in Worcester - just like a grew up with (Vilagw Pizza in Sturbridge). Greek style crust that is bready no greasy. Sweet robust tomato sauce. Tasty cheese blend that is stretchy and doesn't pull off. White sauce pizza sauce is also perfectly creamy and garlicky. This pizza is always what I am craving. read more

Good basic sandwiches and pizza. Slices available. Nice size slice. Tastey sauce. The slice is a bit greasy but really hit the spot!

Honestly very solid pizza. Better than good service. Good price point on delivery. Can't ask for much more

Best Caesar dressing. Get the extra! I honestly haven't had much of the other food Because I always want the salad. I will order delivery just for the salad. read more

This place rocks. My friends and I walked in spontaneously and were clueless about what to order. That's when Will, the employee, graciously led us through the menu. He was insightful as to what a group of four, male, hungry college students would enjoy. One of my friends is from Brooklyn, which qualifies him as a pizza reviewer, and approved that pizza. My friend's phone was on low battery and was given a plug to charge his phone. The mega palace special delivered and the cannolis were delicious. Overall, it was a great experience and I definitely recommend this to anyone I know. Definitely will be ordering again in the coming years. read more

We are here from Phoenix, AZ staying in Auburn, MA. The house we're staying at says "good pizza" on a little info card so we tried it. Yummy! The "joint" is everything you'd expect from a big old house in a small town with a pizza restaurant in it. They served one of the best pepperoni pizza's we've had in years! Good salad if you love iceberg lettuce (and I do) and the cannolis were crunchy and the filling good too. The guys behind the counter are easy to talk to and the way they answer the phone is positively refreshing. After a long day of travel Will (Ian) made our evening so much more enjoyable with his friendly banter. Thank you. (And the house dressing IS pretty good . ) read more

This place is the best in the area! The pies are crispy and the nuggets are fire. Any issues I've ever had (which are few) have been rectified. Palace ownership has gone as far to deliver the food to my doorstep to ensure any issues were addressed in a timely manner and without problem. Ask for YL and he'll hook it up. Look no further on your journey to diabetes or if don't want diabetes and perhaps a DELICIOUS salad instead; this place is TOPS! If you go somewhere else, you're stupid. read more

We were blowing through town looking for great pizza and we found it. Will and team are great guys serving great pizza. read more

The staff was nice, and the pizza was not gross but that's all the positive things I can say. I was able to see into the kitchen on my way to the restroom - after I ate - and it was dirty. Really gross looking. Also the staff wore their masks below their nose - what's the point. read more

As a frequent customer at Palace Pizza, I've never been disappointed. I've been on the search for a good pizza place that feels like home and I have finally found it! Every-time I walk in, I am greeted with a smiled and the staff always prioritizes customer service. Highly recommend Palace Pizza! read more

Delicious homemade pizza, dough hand tossed and made from scratch! I'm very fussy and will definitely be back!!

Great food but more importantly great customer service. The owner goes above and beyond and makes sure that his customers are happy. Within the 5 minutes wait for my food, i observed the employees washing their hands and changing their gloves every time they touch the register. I drove 7 miles to get food from here even though there are about a 100 other places that are closer. Overall, great food, great customer service, and great prices. read more

I have ordered from Palace Pizza many times and I think they have good food. I ordered a pizza, salad and wings today from them today at 11:37 am. The guy on the phone said it may be more than an hour for delivery and I said no problem. Two hours later I called to see if the pizza was on it's way. They confirmed my address and order and informed me it should be there any minute now. 20 mins later I had 3 missed calls from an unknown number in a 3 min time span because I stepped away from my phone. I answered when they called again (1 min later) and it was the delivery driver who needed my address. I gave it to him again and he showed up 5 minutes later and was completely disrespectful. Me: is the pizza still hot? Him: what do you want me to do we are short staffed. Me: I was just asking if the pizza was hot because I ordered more than two hours ago (and I was genuinely wondering if the pizza was hot) Him: do you want the pizza or not? Me: I guess not Him: f*%# off! Me: I will be calling your manager Him: good luck he's my brother I did call the pizza place and the guy said sorry but that was it . My 11 year old son heard the delivery guy swear at his mother and he was upset. I have never written a negative review before but this completely uncalled for. read more

Update: finally had a chance to try their pizza and it was what I expected.. not great. Not terrible but we won't be returning. Previous Review: Closed on a Sunday during football season!? No menu online? Called multiple times with no answer and no message to customers? Was wicked excited to try this pizza but we are thoroughly disappointed, but it's pretty clear they just don't care about their business since this seems to be a widespread issue. read more

I went there tonight and will was amazing great amazing food and great customer service ! He was full of energy and personality highly recommend ! read more

First time here, was drawn in by the fact that they had gluten free pizza and someone in the group I was buying for had a gluten intolerance. Got two large cheese, two large pepperoni and one gluten free cheese. The store had an assortment of sodas and chips. The staff was super nice and accommodating. They made sure to ask if the gluten free pizza was for someone with an allergy so they could take proper precautions when handling. Both gluten free and regular pizzas were very good. Perfect cheese to sauce to crust ratio. I can't stress enough how great the customer service was, they even offered to help me carry my pizzas as I had many and I was alone. The great people and wonderful tasting pizza will make this a new go to for me! read more

4.99. Super nice guys own and operate this place, and sell tasty food. Get a grilled pizza, or a large sandwich (not really large but pretty cheap), or a wrap... YOU HAVE TO GET A CHICKEN CAESER WRAP OR A GRILLED PIZZA. SO GOOD. SO. Good. Eat in there, order it for delivery, just give this place business. The grilled pizza is less than $10 and can feed 2.5 people easily. It's really more like a few sandwiches. Speaking of sandwiches, get some spicy ranch dressing. Or get a chicken caeser salad wrap. GET IT. It has bacon in it. So good. MAN it's good. read more

This is the onlyplace I've found that has the stuffed pizza- which I found really cool. It's like a cross between a calzone and a pizza. It definitely gives them an edge if you've looking for something different! My dad and I walked in and it was pretty early in the day- and we only wanted a slice each- and of the stuffed variety. He didn't have any made up and plus we were on a deadline trying to make a movie. Despite that he said it was absolutely not problem to whip up two slice sin ten minutes for us- points for great customer service. In no more than ten minutes we had our slices in front of us! And they were great! One slice of the stuffed pizza is very filling, good price, great customer service. I'd recommend it. read more

Palace still ranks #1 in the area for pizza. The pizza, sandwiches and other items are always made with fresh and tasty ingredients, all for a fair price. It is several notches up from other local spots. This is Italian style not greek style pizza. The building is not much to look at buy you won't be disappointed with the food. Heck, everytime I am there the Auburn Police have crossed the town line for their dinner. Keep up the good work Sean and Staff. read more

Palace used to be one of my go to pizza places. No longer. Specifically their standout offering was the grilled pizza - super-thin crust, crispy, with copious sauce on top of the cheese as well. Probably my favorite pizza in the entire area. However the grilled pizza on my latest visit was a huge letdown. It was basically just slightly crispier 'Greek style' pizza. It was a bit burnt and was otherwise not memorable. If that wasn't bad enough, the baklava was underwhelming as well. I know that they're not a super popular item, so they probably stay out a bit, but this piece was just not fresh. Unfortunate. read more

Read about them in one of the local papers and then here on Yelp and had to check them out. A little short on time, I called ahead for a sub to go. Having checked out the menu ahead of time, I had already picked out what I wanted, and ordered a Palace Sub, roast beef, turkey, bacon, lettuce, onion and tomatoes. Thinking a bit outside the box, I ordered it on garlic bread which the call taker happily agreed to. I arrived about ten minutes after ordering and was happy my sandwich was ready to go. I knew I had made a good choice as soon as I picked up my food off the counter and felt the weight of it. I was not disappointed as it tasted great too. My only disappointment is that the meat was not hot, as that's how its presented on the menu. Nothing fancy inside though there are about a half dozen tables for those wishing to dine in. There is some parking on the side and a lot behind the building. Based on my experience and the other reviews here, I feel the need to stop here in the future to try the pizza. read more

I ordered 2 sandwiches and a side of curly fries. I was told 45 min to an hour..almost an hour and a half later....still no food. I spoke to Will and he apologized and I told him to cancel the order. He told me if the delivery guy showed up to accept the food free of charge. That was almost another 10 minutes ago. Plus I had already spoken with him twice before this. Very apologetic...disappointed to say the least. I won't accept the food now read more

Sounds like they have really good pizza. However, since they didn't answer the phone when I called 2-3x to place order, I guess I'll never find out. Other reviewers noted this was a problem. Look, I know good help is hard to find, but if you can't hire someone to cover the phones, you should at least set up on-line ordering. read more

The most delicious pizza. I always seem to get the crispy chicken BBQ Pizza it is phenomenal. I have nothing but rave reviews about the food and the staff. The staff, the most friendliest, helpful, just plain delightful people you'll ever run into in one place! I'm not sure if they deliver to my house, but I will drive to get pizza here! And I live on Grafton Hill where there's a liquor store, Dunkin Donuts, and pizza place on every corner. None of these pizza places hold a candle to Palace Pizza. Every time you go there you can be assured that you'll always get the pizza that you loved the last time. Consistently great food, an absolutely delightful staff what else could you want?! read more
