They are more expensive than a Walmart or Target, this is mostly for convenience or the pharmacy. Self-check-out upfront at the kiosks but did see one person moving between behind the counter and stocking shelves, so at least one staffer. Too many printed coupons- the receipts are insane. Either show what you have and print out only the ones they select, or auto-apply to the account, or something more efficient...the receipt was easily longer than my leg.

You know the hype: "This pharmacy is better than that pharmacy," or "You have to try this one!" So I tried some different options. What did I learn? Stick with what works for YOU. For me, that has been Miller's. Their compounded tirzepatide has consistently given me the best appetite suppression, even at a relatively low dose, and my experience with their medication has been extremely consistent. I also really appreciate how seriously they seem to take shipping. Miller's ships UPS Next Day Air, and my medication has always arrived properly packaged and cold. I requested a refill through my provider yesterday, it shipped overnight last night, and according to UPS tracking, it will be at my door by noon today. Shipped AND received within 24 hours of my refill request and that is how temperature-sensitive medication should be shipped! After trying other options, I'm going back to what has worked best for me. Miller's has been the most effective pharmacy for me personally, and my plan is to stick with them for the remainder of my journey. There aren't nearly as many reviews out there for Miller's Rx as some of the other pharmacies, so I wanted to share a positive experience.
