I waited around 15 minutes in line before it was my turn to pick up my medication. Then when it was my turn I waited almost a half hour because they couldn't find my prescriptions. They said they misplaced them!!! I was quite upset because in their profession, misplacing medication is a big no no. So I left with no prescriptions. The medication was very important! It has to do with my depression, anxiety and insomnia!! So here I am this morning with no medication for my depression and anxiety. I would like to see this not happen again. I got no phone call to let me know if they found them or not!!

They never communicate when there's an issue with insurance, the provider, or if a medication is out of stock. They don't call, they don't follow up with doctors' offices, and they absolutely do not call patients, even though they claim they do. I've had to go in person multiple times just to get updates, only to be given a different excuse each time. The latest example: my OB-GYN sent in a prenatal prescription back in October. It sat unfilled for weeks. I went in several times, and no one could give me a clear answer. Then, mysteriously, as soon as the pharmacist finally called the doctor today, it went through instantly. When the pharmacist called to ask if I still wanted it, she couldn't hang up on me fast enough once I said yes and asked why it took weeks to resolve something so simple. This location is disorganized, uncommunicative, and unreliable. If you value your time or your health, I strongly suggest using a different pharmacy.

It can't be both, CVS. If I run in for a quick drink/ personal item/ etc, I shouldn't be waiting aimlessly in aisles for 5-10 while my requests are ignored.

Being a small local pharmacy, there is that personal, warm feeling every time I visit Thai. It is not that cold unfamiliar feeling that I normally experienced whenever I visit a large chain pharmacy because Thai would remember my name. What I really like the most about Thai and Caring pharmacy is that he would deliver your medication if you are unable to pick it up yourself, which is the case for my Great-Grandmother. He even went one step further and checked her Blood Pressure at her apartment when he dropped off her medication. Despite having limited parking (it's best to park across the street in the Food Zone Parking lot), Caring Pharmacy does lives up to its name and never disappointed me nor my family!

I went across the street to CVS, it open as 7 a.m., bought what I needed, and passed the gift cards to a homeless person on the corner. I am calling corporate today to report that they are totally lying about their hours of operation, and will NEVER shop at another Walgreens again.

I was regularly running out of insulin, and I found evidence of tampering on my insulin pens. I'd have to call them regularly to get insulin, but would run out, despite my efforts. The owner is unprofessional, and confrontational, often engaging in debates, or arguments, anytime I started asking questions. I was told on a regular basis that a medicine was "out of stock" and they had to order it. When I finally got my medicine, the fill date (date the medicine was filled), on the bottle was BEFORE I was told it was out of stock. Oh karma...sweet, sweet karma. My advice: stay far away. There are better pharmacies out there.

This store is absolutely horrible when it comes to service animals. They yell and kick people out…read moreof the store if a service dog in training barks once. I have been in there multiple times with my service animal with no complaints but a certain security guard no matter what has something to say. The guard said we were unprofessional when he is yelling in the store. He constantly has something to say no matter what. He gives dirty looks continuously. There is absolutely no reason for this. My service dog has a vest on that says in training and I have all appropriate documentation stating he is a service animal. They are unprofessional here. When I had called to talk to a manager after this happening multiple times the worker that answered the phone said "I think it's the lady with the fucking dog". If there was another close pharmacy I would absolutely never be going here again. This store is horrible.
