Saw Dr Cooper for that in the office and I was a little nervous but the tech and Dr Cooper made me feel at ease and explained everything he was doing. I ended up having 2 of them and now just yesterday had esi injection. This morning I woke up not in pain. Thank you Dr Cooper. The Tech Lori and Karl too. When I arrived at the office the place was packed and I had to wait in a cold waiting area. They asked that I arrive 30 minutes before my appointment time, but I didn't get seen until 20 minutes after scheduled time. The only redeeming factor about my experience was that the nurses here were very polite, but when it came to the actual physical, the doctor was brisk and fished for ways to fail me. The final result of the whole experience was being forced to track down sleep apnea documents that don't exist because the doctor though I may have completed a test in the past. Overall, the nurses here were great, but the rest of the experience was terrible. I can't wait to come back here in the future.
