The patient was loud obnoxious and not letting the staff and owner help her. I am absolutely amazed at how calmly the staff was and the owner to talk this patient down and have her continue with her visit. This was a first for me. The office is very spacious, clean, with private rooms and many different types of equipment that I only took pictures of because I myself have never used them. The staff is extremely patient, respectful and go above and beyond for their patients. I have another apt Friday in their Southwick office.

When I arrived at the office the place was packed and I had to wait in a cold waiting area. They asked that I arrive 30 minutes before my appointment time, but I didn't get seen until 20 minutes after scheduled time. The only redeeming factor about my experience was that the nurses here were very polite, but when it came to the actual physical, the doctor was brisk and fished for ways to fail me. The final result of the whole experience was being forced to track down sleep apnea documents that don't exist because the doctor though I may have completed a test in the past. Overall, the nurses here were great, but the rest of the experience was terrible. I can't wait to come back here in the future.

He is hard of hearing and can't hear most of the time but the staff know how to go right up to him and talk in his ear. He was very lonely at home but at Heritage Woods he sits at meals with three other men and enjoys their companionship. His apartment is kept nice and clean. No one has ever shown the slightest impatience with all the questions the family has had in the stressful move of our father to the assisted living. Thank you for all the help, Heritage Woods.

Even the administrative staff makes it a quick check in process and the dwelling is always clean. I have been to other PT businesses and did not have the same interactions with each of my therapists. Here ATI was able to identify the areas of concern quickly (understanding my MS limitations) and focus on them with multiple exercises. They always made me feel positive about my time and myself with them even though I may have gotten frustrated with myself. I know where I'll be going in the future if need be. Thanks to all!!!
