After due diligence, I will be moving my 87 yr old mom into Reeds Landing soon. Everyone, I mean…read moreeveryone!, I am running across who I tell that we have chosen them, doctor, moving company, other assisted living marketing directors (2!), all highly recommend this place! You know when you take a tour of someplace with the marketing director and the staff are "polite" to that person? Like this is the first time they ever spoke to them? Well my tour of Reeds Landing was genuinely nice - like the staff friends! My mom will benefit from a GP doctor having an office and staff on-site. So far, so good. I will update my review after moving in and checking it out.

It seems like…read morethere are lots of activities and things for her to do her age which is 98 and I think you should be kept quite busy every day so she wont be sitting in front of a television set as much anymore playing games and watching TV. She'll go out meet more people and make other friends friends. She has a really good apartment on the first floor which is right up the main lobby she is also able to overlook the back of the parking lot of the building was lots of activity people walking by and stuff all the time so if you feel like will do well there I'm hoping after the first few days she seems much happier than she was when she was home which was a little overcrowded with extra family members in it.

This is a different kind of review, as I have not been a Resident of this program. I am a licensed…read morepsychological provider and neuropsychologist. I have consulted to this facility on a number of Resident issues for nearly 2 decades. I have always been impressed by the professionalism of staff, and the lack of Resident care issues I usually encounter relative to when I consult to skilled nursing facilities throughout the state; this is echoed from others I know who are employed by the state. From staff, I get a clear and specific reason for the referral, and upon entry to any unit, the nurses are so helpful, retrieving the chart, medication record, and are ready to answer any questions. The same is true for Rehab., Activities, and therapeutic staff. As to the Residents, they seem well taken care of, and are typically able to reveal what their life is like there, they know key staff, activities programs, and are often complimentary. Complaints are usually related to their circumstances rather than to the facility or staff, which is common to this neurobehavioral population who suffer multiple co-morbidities.

Every staff member treats your loved one like family, shows respect towards them and even tries to pair other residents with similar interests as them. My mom raves about it and wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Sending me invoices for co-pays for sessions that I've already paid for. Every every single time I get an invoice it is incorrect!!! This practice of inaccuracy and double billing forces me to check my records every single time. This is time consuming and frustrating and begs the question -- how many clients are not checking and end up paying twice? They once sent me certified mail that I had to drive to the post office to pick up, only to discover it was an erroneous bill for hundreds of dollars that I did not owe. I will never go back to ATI -- it's not worth the aggravation.

Our experience as a family was nothing but positive, caring, informative and friendly. I feel they actually loved her. I live 3 hours away, and the staff kept me informed of all her ailments, medication changes and even her funny little anecdotes. She was in a good space, given her disease. At the end (I am crying as I write this) the staff were so supportive, kind and human... yes human, they treated us as they knew exactly how we felt. I am so grateful for first talking to Sandy Dellert, for her assistance and kindness in helping us get mom set up. I am so grateful to the staff ( including the head nurse Cathy who has now moved on to another facility) for making her comfortable though such a terrible disease as Alzheimers. I can not say enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have nothing good to say! While my grandfathers clothes kept being misplaced, his socks being…read moretaken and given to other residents.. none of that bothers me as much as the treatment and disrespect of his belongings after he passed.. We were there every day (the family). My grandmother always had his clothes folded neatly. After he passed all his belongings were tossed in the shower mixed with his roommates belongings ( they both passed on the same day). I find that a bit odd.. Then we were continuously lied too.. and they were missing some sentimental items that we never got back.. This is taking into consideration the short staff, the constant COVID issues, and lying directly to grieving family members. Overall pretty disgusted ! One of those places people go into and rarely come out. I am from the area and know people who work there.. makes it even worse for example they didn't wash bedding for weeks all piled in the laundry room while waiting to get their equipment fixed .. overall just gross , unsanitary and exactly what happens when big corp is in it to make money instead of taking care of people with some dignity.
