The receptionist (or whomever answers their phones) was EXTREMELY rude. Their office sent this patient to us, but would not supply the medication to test with -- a test THEIR OFFICE requested we do! If they can be that rude to another physician's office, I cant imagine how they treat their patients! I will NEVER go to them for any reason.

I iced it, my neighbor bandaged it, aleve, ice, aleve, ice, rinse and repeat. After a sleepless night, went to Advanced Orthopedics New England (AONE) Urgent Care in Enfield. Well run office. Busy as the proverbial hive, but organized. Three x-rays (why does spell check prefer x-rated?) later, multiple fractures. Wrapped in gauze, etc...."come back in 9 days". Today was the followup. My mummification gets cut off, three more x-rays. Dr. Berkowitz - Healing well, good bone density, but nothing stupid (my middle name) for 3 months. Which brings us to Nick and Angel. Nick is the cast guy, Angel his affable protege. Nick learned his trade in the Navy. Did an excellent job. One suggestion - PAY THE $30 OOP TO GET GORTEX CLOSEST TO YOUR SKIN!!!!! I can shower again WITH IMPUNITY! Back in 3 weeks for more x-rated x-rays. Can't say enough good things about AONE. 6 - stars

Saw Dr Cooper for that in the office and I was a little nervous but the tech and Dr Cooper made me feel at ease and explained everything he was doing. I ended up having 2 of them and now just yesterday had esi injection. This morning I woke up not in pain. Thank you Dr Cooper. The Tech Lori and Karl too. That's sneaky, but the receptionist is not good at all. Then they didn't want digital xrays nor access per radiology dept, they wanted an actual disc (archaeic) at my expense. Not a very efficient office at all, and Dr. Donegan is just a glorified Orthepedic, he wasn't originally a podiatrist. If you want Dr. Arena see if the robotic front desk will comply, good luck.

This man REALLY wants you to have a healthy life. I have never waited more than 10 minutes upon arrival for my appointment. His staff have been him for years. When is the last time you went to a doctor and saw the same support staff that knows you by name. Not sure if he is taking new patients, but I am proud to say I am under his care.
