It took two days for them to deliver the materials while other supply houses in the area guaranteed next day. I paid for the materials and scheduled the delivery. When they delivered my material, they shorted me a bundle of cap shingles. They called me two days later about them, telling me that they had run out and didn't have them in stock. They ordered me more and called me when they came in. I drove up the next day to pick them up and they had sold the bundle to someone else and had to then order me another bundle. To make up for the mistake they said they would deliver the bundle to my house on a Friday. They delivered to me on Saturday. Bad customer service.

My concrete tile roof was leaking and the company that had installed it about 25 years ago told me…read moreit needed to be replaced (at a cost at least $40,000+). Having trouble finding another roofing company that deals with concrete tile, I called American Building & Roofing for a recommendation. Without hesitation they recommended Best Roofing (Danny: 206-251-9994). Danny thoroughly checked my roof, explained why it was leaking, and fixed it, even cleaning my gutters while he was up there, all for $1,400. That was 7 months ago, and it hasn't leaked since! So if you need a reliable referral, these very helpful people are the ones to call! Thanks so much to American Building & Roofing for their help!

The flagstone looked like more than I could handle by myself. The yard guy showed me pavers in a charcoal color that I wanted. Then Willy suggested the " Muster k pattern" and made an estimate of the number of pavers I should buy. At home, I created the pattern in PowerPoint and adjusted it to fit my space. I had to go back for 1 additional paver to complete the job because I cut one of them the wrong angle. They made it easy and fast. And I did it! I'm very pleased with the results. I'm anxious to do another one. It is fun! Do it in the summer tho... darn cold and dark out here at 4 PM....

They replaced our old kitchen countertops with beautiful granite which was perfectly measured and cut to order. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with guiding me towards the right products…read morefor my project and were even kind enough to work with me on the prices , I have a small monthly budget and they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get everything that I needed. Even though I am not a contractor, I left there feeling like I was just as important as if I was the owner of a major construction company . Dan was with me every step of the way from choosing my materials to following up after my delivery was complete to make sure all my needs were met and that I was fully satisfied. Dan, if you ever see this, THANK YOU SIR . you are a credit to your industry. Also, I was highly impressed with the crew that came to deliver my roof and could not believe how hard those guys work !!! I have a roof that is far to steep to even stand on and not only were they were able to secure thousands of lbs of My materials up there very neatly but they seemed to be enjoying themselves while doing it !!! The delivery crew was polite, friendly and completely professional . I am not an easy person to please either ( unless you ask my wife, haha ;) ) One thing I saw that made me decide right then and there that I would be giving all of my future business to them was when the crew was out loading my roof, their manager showed up unannounced to do a safety check. (everything passed with flying colors ). That showed me how much they care about the safety of their employees. I didn't get the feeling that he wanted to "get anybody in trouble " or "catch them" but there was a sense of genuine concern for his guys . As a former small business owner I can relate and appreciate that attitude . The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it seemed to me that they were far too understaffed for how much business they appeared to have going on. Everyone was working extremely hard, maybe "too hard " so, if anyone in corporate sees this, get those guys some help !!!
