(everything passed with flying colors ). That showed me how much they care about the safety of their employees. I didn't get the feeling that he wanted to "get anybody in trouble " or "catch them" but there was a sense of genuine concern for his guys . As a former small business owner I can relate and appreciate that attitude . The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it seemed to me that they were far too understaffed for how much business they appeared to have going on. Everyone was working extremely hard, maybe "too hard " so, if anyone in corporate sees this, get those guys some help !!!

This guy knows his stuff and is really great to work with! Shed delivery and build came so much quicker than we expected...only 2 weeks from ordering! Josh Samora and his crew did an amazing job onsite. They were friendly, organized, and efficient. They checked in a few times to make sure we were on the same page and that they were installing the work bench, pegboards and shelves where we wanted them. This is our second Tuff Shed from Scott and we'll definitely go back if we need another...we can't recommend him highly enough. Even the dogs approve!

We needed to replace a storage shed and had heard good things about Tuff Shed. We decided to order…read moreone from the local dealer. There were several delays in the installation (more than a month), but we were patient. After it was installed, we noticed that there were several problems, but they seemed minor at the time. Then a few months later after the winter installation, we noticed that the walls were buckling and the door had not been hung properly. To try to make it fit, the installers had used wood chips and other things to try to keep the door from moving. You could see daylight around parts of the door when it was closed. The door frame screws are exposed. (See the photos below) We had paid extra for this secure door...what a letdown. We contacted Tuff Shed and they sent out someone to fix the problem. Instead of rehanging the door, they used caulk in places to keep critters from getting in. What a mess! I called again (talked with Shay (?)) and was assured that they would fix the problem. I have never heard back from them. I have called a number of times with no return calls. So sad! We expected a well constructed storage shed and good customer service for the price we paid. My husband fixed the problem with the buckling walls by using the proper nails that should be used for this type of structure (the nails that they used had no heads). Now we would like the door properly fixed. This is a real black eye for the Tuff Shed brand. I guess the quality is dependent on the contractors they hire to install the shed. Tuff Shed does little for quality control.

We had some setbacks with our timing but the contractors with Builders Interiors worked with our schedule and were efficient in their use of time and thorough in the work they provided. We had LVT put in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and carpet throughout the rest of the unit. They replaced our old kitchen countertops with beautiful granite which was perfectly measured and cut to order. From start to finish, this was a very positive experience and we highly recommend booking this business for your next job!
