The LVP is lifting in areas because there are uneven surfaces. The LVP has lifted so much, that the boards are sharp where they have popped. I contacted Modern Flooring Services and they informed me that my warranty expired in February (2 months back) and that they won't be able to help me. This isn't a warranty issue, this is an installation issue. Don't use this company as they won't make good on their mistakes. They did offer to provide an estimate to repair the work, however. UMMM. No thank you.

First project it took a threat to not pay to get them to send someone out to look at a exterior door that wouldn't lock, which once the repairman was there he said that it was a manufacture defect and was able to fix it. But the process was excruciating and shouldn't have to be that way. Today we took delivery of another order for a much smaller remodel project in which we probably ordered 5-6 different doors and frames. Very specifically our general contractor told the sales rep more than once during our initial walk through at the start of the project that he wanted the final product painted. Guess what? They were delivered unpainted. Not a misunderstanding but a deliberate action because when our contractor called him he said "we like to deliver them unfinished" WTF? First order came painted so that was a complete lie. At this point I am completely done with this company and I think the contractor should be too, he was very angry.

Went here for flooring for stairs and bedrooms, I had purchased laminate flooring for downstairs…read moreonline thinking I was getting a good deal but the MDF backed flooring I got is crap, so I wanted to see what I was actually buying. I really wanted a bamboo based laminate but all of theirs were mdf backed so we just went with a regular plywood backed laminate. The one we chose was out of stock but due in so we went ahead and ordered it, came in pretty quick and so far the flooring I put on the stairs looks great, we have medium size dogs that run up and down stairs and it is holding up great, I will probably end up redoing the downstairs with flooring from these folks.

This time, I wanted to tackle a picture frame moulding project in our living room -- 100% on my own with no help from my husband (which he was probably grateful for). I first checked with the big box stores and didn't have any luck finding the moulding I was looking for. I decided to see what Dunn Lumber had and not only found exactly what I wanted, but at a great price. Add to that, I was able to pay a little extra for their help cutting several 8 and 12 ft pieces down to the sizes I needed. This saved me a TON of time. I also picked up all of the essentials (small hand saw, miter box, caulking, etc.) which only left me needing paint which I already had.
