Big thanks to Scott Johnston at Tuff Shed in Everett. We worked with him to design our perfect shed. Ordering was so easy - we told him what we were thinking and what we wanted to use the space for. He provided great info and recommendations to help us make it just right. This guy knows his stuff and is really great to work with! Shed delivery and build came so much quicker than we expected...only 2 weeks from ordering! Josh Samora and his crew did an amazing job onsite. They were friendly, organized, and efficient. They checked in a few times to make sure we were on the same page and that they were installing the work bench, pegboards and shelves where we wanted them. This is our second Tuff Shed from Scott and we'll definitely go back if we need another...we can't recommend him highly enough. Even the dogs approve! read more

We needed to replace a storage shed and had heard good things about Tuff Shed. We decided to order one from the local dealer. There were several delays in the installation (more than a month), but we were patient. After it was installed, we noticed that there were several problems, but they seemed minor at the time. Then a few months later after the winter installation, we noticed that the walls were buckling and the door had not been hung properly. To try to make it fit, the installers had used wood chips and other things to try to keep the door from moving. You could see daylight around parts of the door when it was closed. The door frame screws are exposed. (See the photos below) We had paid extra for this secure door...what a letdown. We contacted Tuff Shed and they sent out someone to fix the problem. Instead of rehanging the door, they used caulk in places to keep critters from getting in. What a mess! I called again (talked with Shay (?)) and was assured that they would fix the problem. I have never heard back from them. I have called a number of times with no return calls. So sad! We expected a well constructed storage shed and good customer service for the price we paid. My husband fixed the problem with the buckling walls by using the proper nails that should be used for this type of structure (the nails that they used had no heads). Now we would like the door properly fixed. This is a real black eye for the Tuff Shed brand. I guess the quality is dependent on the contractors they hire to install the shed. Tuff Shed does little for quality control. read more

After getting some recommendations for Tuff Shed I had a very positive experience walking in to Tuff Shed Everett and talking through exactly what I was looking for. Scott was helpful, responsive, and very clear about the options, all the steps involved and what I needed to do to prep for the shed order and delivery. The team installed my new shed very quickly and did a great job. read more

We just had a 10 x 12 shed installed Sept. 19. We had to wait from the time we decided we needed a shed, but the people (particularly Scott Johnston) at Tuff Shed cooperated with our needs really well. When we finally were ready to go forward, they honored all the discounts that were set. The installation was scheduled and was done on the date, but the crew actually showed up a little before the time, which was fine. The installation was done quickly and professionally. We are delighted with our storage shed and will soon be ending the storage unit we've been renting; we should pay off the shed in less than a year with the savings. read more

Tuff Shed Everett - Building Supplies Near Me - Everett, Washington

Why buy Tuff Shed? Because you're going to get the best, that's why. When I first decided to get a shed, I had many options. But Tuff Shed stood out. Buying a shed online is somewhat of a chore because there are so many to choose from. I also went to Home Depot and Lowes to look for one. Neither panned out. That was when I decided to go to Tuff Shed directly. Who knew that they had a Tuff Shed representative miles from my home. I couldn't believe it. I walked in, sat down and talked with Mr. Scott Johnston. Mr. Johnston knows all about Tuff Shed. We built a shed to my specifications right there in the office. Tuff Shed requires 50% down that day, and the rest during the build process. It couldn't be any easier. The crew showed up, built my shed and left after thoroughly cleaning up the job site. Everyone involved was professional, polite and knew -exactly- what they were doing. The shed is built like a tank. I got a wood shed, 8x6, and I highly recommend pouring yourself a 10x10 concrete slab to put this one. It'll solve any settling issues and make it solid for years to come. The following day, I got the caulking done around the board seams and painted the inside for aesthetic reasons. Next, I'll be installing shelving units and moving all my yard equipment into it to clear out my garage. I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Scott and Tuff Shed! read more

I would highly recommend these guys. I searched for over a year, trying to decide what would be the right fit for my yard. I looked into multiple manufacturers and types of structures. Eventually, I stumbled across Tuff Shed online and found I could essentially build the structure I wanted using their virtual tools--in minutes, I was looking at the very shed I wanted to have! I was wary of just going through the web site to complete the order, as I thought I'd rather speak to a live person. This led me to my first interaction with Scott, at the Everett location. Scott came to my house that same day, and we discussed the options, plus I showed him the printout I had from the online build I had done. He made some of his own recommendations and he shot me an email with the estimate within a day or two! I felt the price was reasonable and I placed the order. Next, Scott connected me with Chris at EarthFirst Excavation, Inc. (a great company) who helped me prep the site--removing my old shed, and laying out a gravel pad for the new one--also very reasonable and great to work with. The site was ready in short order! All the while, Scott stayed in touch and, with the news that the site was fully prepped, he found a way to move up the date of my install by two weeks! Let me say that now the shed is in place, it gives me great joy to look out my window and see it there! And it fits the bill for my storage needs in every way. The structure is solid and beautiful and I'm proud to have it in my yard! A big thank you to Scott and his team, and to Chris for making this process go so smoothly. And thanks to Tuff Shed for a great building! read more

It was great working with Scott. He was very quick response time and very thorough in his work. Like all major building projects we hit some snags in the road, however, each time he was there with me making things right. We love the shop we built with them and would go with them again. read more

I just had my Tuff Shed studio installed last week and I love it! I work from home and have been needing an office space with a bit more separation from the rest of the house. After doing some research online and getting a quote from another local place, I visited the Tuff Shed office in Everett and met with Scott. He is excellent to work with! So helpful and friendly, not pushy at all, just informative. After my meeting with him, I was sold. I was able to design my office studio space in the the way I wanted, re-arranging the placement of the door and adding three big windows across the front. Scott was able to answer any questions I had along the way (for example, as my husband and I built a foundation for the shed on a hill). I'm very pleased with the results! The installation team was efficient and friendly--and the whole process was smooth and easy. The shed is really solid and made with good quality materials. I'm excited to finish painting and get moved in! Thanks to Scott and the installation team (both named Josh) for their hard work. read more
