Recently we had a problem with some venting pipes that were never sealed and leaked condensation moisture into the insulation and caused ceiling water damage. It was time to make this small repair and patch, but we also decided it was a good time to remove all the blown in insulation and replace with insulation batting. Patrick from Sound Crawls came to do the inspection and gave us a quote for the work we wanted done. In our opinion he did the best inspection of all the businesses that came to give us a quote. He was very flexible, willing to do less, but explained how more could be done to make our attic so much better. We decided to go with his company and our attic now is clean, organized and has storage space that we are rapidly moving things out of our garage into the attic. Now the area is easy to navigate and access remote spots without getting covered in insulation. We are very happy with the results and speed at with the work was done. They came out and started masking but had to hold off to start spraying because of cold weather. They ran into issues with broken spray equipment running out of foam blah blah blah. The owner is really good at making excuses for his short falls. I get people have things come up and delays happen. (I own a remodel company ) These guys had every excuse in the book. To top it off one night they were working late and the gun was not working but his daughter continued to spray and ruin nearly the entire place. And spray foam on floor, windows,door frames all over everything. After this they had to grind out all the bad foam and then respray. This was another head ache. Guys show up and the no one then I am promised a full crew then one person showed up. Then during the grind out they ground into electrical wires and telecommunication wire. I am not talki one or two. Try 7 separate circuits multiple time and 3 communication wires. Given the wiring is behind spray foam, this was a major problem. They also made a huge mess of the site, all in all I had to fire them and kick them off the property after 5 weeks of back and forth. I also had to file and insurance claim against JCL due to the massive amount of damages and clean up. They ruined brand new sliders and sprayed foam all over shower valves toiles and custom glass. THIS COMPANY TOOK ZERO CARE IN MY PROJECT THAT I HAVE PUT MY HEART AND SOUL INTO. RUN RUN RUN!

Alex and a helper whose name I didn't write down came out and did our crawlspace over the course of a day. It was sprayed beautifully, and our floors have never so comfortable to walk on. It also quieted down a few creaks which was a nice surprise we didn't expect. Recently Sean and another worker came out and removed existing loose rockwool and fiberglass batts from our attic. A week or so later Nicole and Sean came out and installed spray foam insulation on the underside of our roof deck and the gable walls. They had to install this around a full heat exchanger and ducting setup which had been installed, and I'm extremely impressed that they were able to do such a great job given some of the tight spaces up there.

We received three quotes for our attic and basement work; Super Attic Solutions was not the cheapest, but the promised inspections and customer care were the deciding factor for us. The crew that performed the work was respectful, efficient, and left the space clean. However, everything that happened after they left has been the opposite of what was promised. The sales rep assured us that an "inspector" would return a few weeks after completion to verify that: No rodents had re‑entered the home All work met code Any questions or concerns would be addressed He even mentioned a 6‑month follow‑up to ensure long‑term satisfaction. None of this happened. When I asked the project manager to walk the space with the crew, he was hesitant. I'm glad I insisted -- four ceiling lights were sealed incorrectly and left hanging an inch from the ceiling. I was told an "inspector" would come fix them, so the crew left and I was left with blue tape holding up my lights. A week later, our AC wouldn't shut off. I discovered the furnace (located in the attic) had been wrapped in insulation -- a fire hazard and not to code -- and no clear path had been left for HVAC access. When I called urgently, I was asked to send photos and then told a "supervisor with tons of experience" reviewed them and everything was fine. It wasn't. I had to pay an HVAC company to confirm the hazard, and only then was I told they might reimburse up to $500 because they didn't think they could send someone out. When the "inspector" finally arrived, they were not inspectors at all -- it was two members of the original crew. They fixed the lights (well no disrespect) and removed the insulation, from the furnace just laying on the air ducts. However, as we were communicating via technology translator, I could not get any answer to any questions and was told to call the office. Since then, I've left multiple messages through their AI system and sent two emails. I have given this company over 4 weeks to uphold the customer service they say they hold themselves to and I still haven't gotten a single phone call, let alone an "inspector" to look over the work, but they my check cashed. Attic had been ignored for years. It was one of those places nobody really thinks about until…read moresomething feels off in the house. Lately the upstairs rooms always felt dusty and the temperature kept changing a lot, cold at night and warm during the day. Someone suggested checking the attic and once it was opened it was pretty obvious the insulation was very old and the space needed a real cleaning. Team came out and took their time looking around first. They explained what they were seeing and why the old insulation was not really doing its job anymore. There was a lot of buildup, old insulation, dust, and just years of stuff sitting in the attic. Once they started removing everything it was kind of surprising how much came out. Whole attic was cleaned out properly before anything new went in. They also pointed out a few small openings where air was getting in and sealed those while they were up there. After that the new insulation was installed and the difference started to show pretty quickly. Upstairs already feels more comfortable and the house keeps the temperature much better. Air feels cleaner too, which was something that was noticed almost right away. One thing that stood out was how careful they were during the process. They covered areas they were walking through and cleaned everything before leaving so there was no mess left behind. Attic cleaning and insulation is probably one of those things people forget about until it becomes a problem. Looking back it probably should have been done earlier, but really glad it finally got taken care of. I found them on the BBB website. Kody spent time educating us on options and came across as refreshingly honest. They weren't the cheapest, but we wanted this done right. The team was great - let's face it cleaning out a crawlspace and doing exclusion work is difficult and unpleasant - but Antonil (sp?) and Joseph were professional, and worked hard. They prepared the room carefully and fully cleaned up afterwards. So relieved that the job is done!
