First time ordering from this location and will continue to do so! Super nice lady took my order and repeated it to make sure she had the order correct. The food was prepared in 30 minutes and they had a very safe procedure in place to pick up to-go orders. The presentation of my food was . The food also tasted . The only qualm I had was that the dressings and other small food items were bagged in plastic bags which were really hard to open. Came here with a couple of my buddies after working out, and I have to say the food here is pretty good. The menu has a large selection of salads, pastas, pizzas and meat dishes. We finally decided to get the family combo which included a medium salad, bread sticks and a large sized tri tip. The flavors of the tri tip was was pretty decent, but the only downside was that it came out slightly cold; also not a big fan of the blue cheese butter that it came with. However the ceaser salad was amazing, had a stong taste of garlic, parmesan and probably anchovies; went well with the crunchy buttery croutons. The waiter was also friendly and attentive. Today there was a problem with our order, but I have say that the manager (a young man) handled the situation perfectly. It's great to know that the restaurant cares about the customers. Well slap me across the face and call me a soccer mom. If being a soccer mom at my core is wrong I don't wanna be right. I love Stonefire Grill. Apparently, the philosophy behind the chain espouses a "soccer mom philosophy." Whatever that entails, if it's what and how food is made and served here, I love it and believe more places should have that soccer mom spirit to them. But like, not every place because sometimes I want a place that slows down and espouses a "of the present moment" philosophy. There's a time and place for everything. Picking a place to eat on a time crunch is like picking the right Pokémon...you're not gonna pick the slow one, you hope you don't have to pick the unhealthy one, or the healthy but overpriced one. This pretty much covers your bases to ensure you will win that Poké battle. In any case, I appreciate the fact that a place like Stonefire exists to be efficient and delicious. It's a godsend for short lunch breaks. Or on the quick dinner rescue. This place is great for a fast pickup and oddly unlike most places their online ordering is way more advanced than ordering in person or on the phone. I haven't sat down and eaten here, only picked up, but there's indoor and outdoor and both seem decently spacious and clean. It's kind of like Panera where you order at a register and go to a table except if Panera actually had delicious and decent food. Which it doesn't. At all. I love the size of their portions; their salad is fresh and dressing is clearly made fresh in house as well. The Greek salad is excellent but the Caesar is my favorite; their caesar dressing is thick and savory. I always get the petite tri tip meal for $10 which comes with a salad of your choice, 2 breadsticks, and I think 6 oz of tri tip. It's the perfect size. The tri tip is sufficiently tasty..it's certainly not the best you ever had but it's what I call "solid and reliable" and consistently so. But that is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it's not a 5 star place (I reserve those for places so confidently unique where I get their perfect imperfections and you get a bit of a Maillard reaction on their foods but this place is "too perfect"...as well as convenient, well priced and portioned and consistently just well above mediocre freshness and taste). read more

UPDATE I just checked my email, and there was a full refund to my order. I didn't expect this at all. Hats off to the management and the man who checked for my order. I will continue to come back like I had every week and tell people I know about how great your restaurant took care of unsatisfied customers. I had a horrible to go experience today. I did my order online around 5:30 and set my pick up time at 6:45 pm. Went to pick up my order around 6:50 and was told that they are still waiting to make my breadstick. I waited for about 20 minutes, and walked to the counter and the worker there totally ignore me and helped the people behind me. After about 10 more minute, another guy shows up, and checked on my order. Guess what? The breadstick was with my order! They either had the breadstick and never cared to check carefully, or they made it and didn't care to call my name! Came here today while looking for a restaurant to hang out at while my puppy was getting groomed and really liked it! Food was good and the staff was really friendly! My wife and I were invited by our son's GF to celebrate his BD at this location.We had reservations for 12p and we arrived a few minutes early and found parking in the parking lot adjacent to the restaurant. We met everyone and they ordered; a full chicken, large bowl of Cesar salad, 2 full racks of baby racks, and a full order of tri-tip! Mind you, we also had an 8 year old boy and middle school age girl with us. The garlic breadsticks were to die for!! We got 2 baskets as we sat down in the covered patio area. We got our drinks, plates, silverware from the set up station and waited less than 10 mins for our order to arrive! Everything was hot, fresh, and tender!! ROACHES! That being said, I have been going to Stonefire for years and enjoy their food. My boyfriend and I dined in on a recent busy Saturday night and as we were eating, my boyfriend spotted a HUGE, WINGED COCKROACH crawling on the wall next to our table. We jumped out of our booth and showed a passing waitress who hurried away without a word. We were left standing there waiting until a couple minutes later when a manager (I presume because she didn't introduce herself) came over, apologized and offered to move our food to another table. Ummm, REALLY? That's it? We were still shocked, so we just said yes, but left soon after. Thankfully, we were able to laugh about it and joke that the manager's unaffected reaction seemed to indicate this has happened plenty of times before. Now, with a couple days to reflect, I'm really shocked and disappointed that all they did was offer to move us two tables away. I get that most restaurants will struggle with bugs and pests, but it's another thing entirely to have one visit your table in the middle of your dinner and they should have tried to make up for it somehow. read more

This place is a little different, they take your order, you then take a seat and a waiter will find you (with this small electronic devise they give you) and bring you your food. It's quick and the food no matter what you order is delicious. The seating arrangements are spacious and large. Beautiful large windows it's all around a beautiful restaurant. They're very busy during corona time with takeout orders so I get it if I don't get acknowledged right away, but I was literally standing in front of many staff members and none of them bothered to acknowledge me for a long time despite seeing me. Despite that , food is amazing ! You get a lot of food for the price. And it's delicious. The salmon is very tender and moist as well as the bbq chicken and tri-tip! Flavor is immaculate. I came here to finally figure out what the hype was all about. Parking can get crowded since they share a lot with Trader Joe's and a teppanaki place next door. You order first and they are supposed to give you a number and deliver the food to your table. Unfortunately the first time we came, they didn't give us a number... and we didn't know better. 35 minutes later, we asked where our food was and eventually got it. The tri tip and ribs are pretty good. Definitely get the BBQ tri tip and not salt/pepper. It just has more flavor. Instead of having BBQ sauce at the table, you need to go to a condiment area to get it... which feels a little weird to me, but it's fine. The "small" sides are pretty generous. Garlic mash has whole cloves of garlic in there. We also got garlic cheese sticks for our wait and they were delicious! They gave us two coupons to apologize for the poor service. We came back a second time and enjoyed the chicken pesto and french dip sandwiches. On our third visit, we came with our family. Most of the food came out on time, but again they forgot to deliver something to our table until towards the end of our meal. While the food is decent here, the way they deliver food is really a miss for us. I'm not sure I'll be coming back since I want more dependable service when I'm hungry. EDIT: In response to the restaurant, we flagged someone down each time. One was definitely a manager and the other probably so, definitely managing the staff. But definitely busier and it takes longer to get Togo orders, but well worth the wait. They never mess up and quality and service is still outstanding! I came here with my friends for his birthday, we ordered a whole bunch of food and meats that should have taken a while to bring out. Everything came out cold within 2 minutes of ordering and the pastas tasted microwaved and watery. We asked the waiter to take back some of the food we didn't like she didn't take it back instead called a manager. Manager came and asked us what was wrong we said we didn't like the food and it was cold can you take it back, she replied okay and proceeded to leave without taking any food. Who hasn't been to Hometown Buffett or Souplantation? What bothered me was the food. Asked for medium tri-tip. Got well done. Meat was cold. The butter on top NEVER melted. Beans were also cold and reminiscent of canned beans to boot. Bush's are better. Ribs were overdone bordering on dry. Plus, not enough sauce. Co-worker said her potatoes were bland and needed gravy, seasoning, something! She wished for a baked potato instead. Not offered on the menu. My supervisor doctored her soup stating it needed help. Our office came here for our thanksgiving lunch recommended by a coworker, we absolutely loved it! The food is just delicious , even just walking in the smell is great and opens up your appetite right away. They have a vast menu and different portion sizes from small to really big , you start by ordering and paying first then your food is brought by the server. The first thing you notice is how friendly the staff is, they are amazing and go above and beyond to make the customer happy, they are very pleasant. The restaurant itself is nice , really big and has outdoor sitting as well. Theres plenty of parking since it is in a shopping center.
