Compared to the Thousand Oaks location, this place is poorly run. Service was slow and highly inefficient. Came here for a work lunch and it was a big mistake. Walked up to the cashier and ordered our food. Last minute we wanted to change our order to to-go, as we were rushed on time. The cashier proceeded to give us attitude about changing this after we paid, and was reluctant to change it for us. Well, it then took 25-30 minutes to get our food to go. As we got in the car, we realized they left us no utensils or napkins. Very disappointing. Also disappointing was that my friend ordered the small tri tip meal (6 oz?), later to find out that we were charged for the 10-12 oz $15 one. Oh well, at least it seemed to have been the bigger sized portion. If looking for a quick lunch spot, go elsewhere. Well done burger came out rare. Side order was kettle chips they gave cream corned . And the tri trip was cold. Usually order their tri-tip, bread sticks Caesar salad and lemon garlic chicken feast. Recently ordered their mega feast as I had out of town visitors. It also came with bbq ribs, garlic mash and pasta besides our usual above. The Caesar salad although still good tasted a little more sour than I recall thank garlicky which I love. The pasta did not have enough Alfredo sauce. Despite this, it's not a big disappointment and deserves 5 stars. My visitors were quiet satisfied with the spread and requested to take some leftovers. I think you'll want to avoid this location right now. I just picked up my pizza and it was literally COLD. I ordered via the web a while before, was there at the pickup time, went out to the girl who took my name, sat in my car for about 35 minutes, and only got my pizza after she happened to walk by my car, and I asked her about it. I'm all about supporting these businesses during this crisis, but I think I'm going to stay away from this place until they get their act together. I was so disappointed in the service, when I got to the curbside spot and texted them I was there, they said it wasn't quite ready. The cashier was nice and payed close attention to our order. We got our drinks, I love that you can get them yourself and not wait on refills. It took about ten mins to get out food which is pretty average for a moderately busy bbq restaurant. I got the chicken breast and tri tip both bbq and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. I also saw the largest brownies that I have ever seen by the register. Staff was very friendly. They do a very large carryout business. I'm very pleased with this establishment. They have good meat choices an overall well-balanced on the menu it's literally one of those places that have something for everybody. I ended up liking it so much that the same week I got the family style for our employees and they loved it as well. For right under $100 you get enough food for six people to get really full and good food. This place is fantastic for large parties. Dinner can get very busy so when I order for the family, I like to take it to go and eat at home. Our favorite is the whole chicken and tri-tip crowd pleaser (feeds about 6-7 people), which comes with a choice of lemon garlic or bbq chicken, bbq or lemon pepper tri-tip steak, choice of salad and 18 breadsticks. We love the lemon garlic chicken and the lemon pepper tri-tip, which are both tender and juicy, not dry like other bbq restaurants. Oh and we can never forget their garlic mashed potatoes, so good! As I approached the door and an extremely rude young lady ordered me to go back to my car without asking me anything and said that she would approach me when she was ready. I walked back to my car. Have tried sandwiches several times, including the caprese, and just find the taste to be mediocre at best. The bread is terribly dry, to the point I left most of the bread on the plate. This has been my experience here multiple times. The potato chips were kind of meh also. Also find it unusual that they ask for a tip on the receipt I guess for bringing you your food to your table. But they don't bring any utensils. So I have to get up and grab napkin, fork, etc. I mean, why even ask for a tip if you're not even gonna bring silverware to the table with the salad.
